After 2 reschedules and 1 no-show (after I called to verify they were coming) I have decided to go with another company. Seth was very respectful. He helped move furniture around, protected walls and floors and was one of the hardest workers i have seen. He was able to complete the scope of work in half of the estimated time.
Oliver did a great job cleaning my carpet, especially my stairs. Even removing the old stain from a previous renter! Personable and patient. The corner guards they use to protect my drywall from hoses is a nice touch I didn’t know I needed. Elizabeth came by to check on my service, she helped move boxes from the…
Excellent customer service. There were a couple stains remaining after their first cleaning, so they returned and managed to remove them completely. Highly recommend.

Great for carpets! Connor arrived on time, and friendly and helpful. He worked around large furniture that couldn't be moved, taking care to vacuum under them as best he could. And my house smells clean, not like chemicals.

We have used Alpine for years and always do an Excellent job.
I highly recommend Alpine’s carpet cleaning service. I had my basement carpet cleaned and the technician did a great job, was on schedule, and very helpful. It was a quick and easy process to schedule the service day and time too.
An easy, pleasant experience with Alpine from start to finish. Did a great and thorough job!
Honestly, wouldn't use another company. Alpine is always prompt and professional. Their cleaners are friendly and knowledgeable and are always a please to have in our home.
Absolutely outstanding work from Oliver and Steve on the carpeting and ducting respectively. The home we rented came with foul odors eminating from *everywhere*; mold, human blood and pet urine/feces stains littered a carpet old enough to drink. I couldn't spare the time to fly out and tour the rental beforehand…
10/10 for communication. I was upsold the cleaning of my kitchen tile and grout. Unfortunately I think the grout looks worse after the treatment. I still recommend but next time I’d ask more questions about the process and expected outcome. Overall I’d recommend

Five stars! They took a very dirty carpet and worked a near-miracle on it, and in only about an hour. Enrique was terrific. 10/10 would use again.
Our technician Elizabeth was great. Very easy to work with and did the 5 lobby areas quickly and efficiently. She made some good recommendations. It is so nice to have a clean elevator as well! Thanks Alpine!
Alpine was super efficient with very friendly and quick staff!! Super satisfied with our renewed carpet :)
Both Anthony and Oliver were scheduled today. Anthony came first to do the HVAC cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Very friendly and professional. Tech Jesus was wonderful. Carpet looks great but unfortunately the pet urine smell was not diminished at all.
Technician did amazing and was even able to accommodate us being on the third floor. Stubborn stains were able to be removed and the carpets look brand new again.
Alpine is the best. If I can give them more than 5 stars I would. I just had our carpets cleaned today by Caleb. Does excellent work. I used Alpine a few months ago in August for our rental property and had pressure washing done also with Caleb. We also had the heat ducts cleaned and Aaron did an excellent job. I…
I have used other carpet cleaning agency’s and found the finished product mediocre at best. We are happy with the results of our carpet cleaning. Company was easy to work with getting scheduled at a day and time convenient for us. Caleb did a great job and was very professional. We will use them again.
Nico is the man! The day did not start off well. The information we were given prior to scheduling alpine was inconsistent with what we got. Mainly we felt that the "included furniture moving" that we were told was not actually including all furniture. Only small chairs and such. We felt that this was misleading. I…
Wonderful experience! Alpine responded right away to schedule and the technician was very experienced, professional and friendly. The carpets look great and the cleaning was done quickly and thoroughly. This is our second time hiring Alpine and we would again! Would highly recommend!
They did another great job with our carpet and got out all of our cat puke spots too. Their timeliness within the allotted time was much appreciated too.
the young man that came over did a excellent excellent job I was very pleased and I am very particular but was very pleased with his service & the price was very reasonable considering how much he did for me for a very reasonable price.

Professional carpet cleaners. My carpets look great.
Amazing work! Arrived on time, did the entire (over 3k square foot) house quickly, was very respectful and got all pet and post-construction stains out of the carpet! We will definitely be using them again!
To be honest, I haven’t had our carpets cleaned in over two years so I wanted a thorough cleaning done. Chase did what I wanted and the carpets look nice. My only issue was the price of the thorough cleaning was a bit steep for a two bedroom apartment with a den.
Alpine are true professionals! They were courteous and did an extremely thorough job cleaning every inch of my carpets. I highly recommend Alpine Services and their technician, Oliver.
Alpine did a great job on the carpets and did the best they could do given the stains on furniture and seat cushions. Elizabeth was great, explained things well, did a good job.
Jesus was friendly, professional and did a great job on my old carpets...they look practically brand new!
My wife and I hired Alpine to clean our homes carpets. Their prices were very competitive and opted for the large truck to get the hotter water. We were getting the entire house done, so competitive prices was important. The technician was very nice, professional and did a great job. We were very happy with how the house looked afterwards.
Oliver was great, very professional and courteous. Thanks so much!!!
Jesus notified us of his arrival time, which was on schedule. He asked to see all of the carpets and area rugs that required cleaning. Jesus was friendly, efficient and recommended carpet protector spray. He moved the sofa to unsure the rug was also cleaned underneath. We appreciated his cheerfulness and attention to detail.

Vincent was prompt, listened to our needs as much as he educated us on the process, went above-and-beyond our expectations, and finished in the amount of time he calculated. We were a repeat customer of Alpine Specialty Services ... and would happily use them again and again.
We had Aaron for the duct cleaning and Elizabeth for our carpets. Both were prompt, professional, friendly and informative. This was our first time using Alpine and we’re impressed! We did plenty of shopping around and Alpine matched or beat the best price.
Vince was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made our 15+ area rugs look new again. He was also respectful, positive, and very kind. He gave us great information about the care of our wool area rug. He was also careful to not allow liquids to remain on our wood floors by working quickly and carefully! I will definitely use this service again! Thank you!

Used Alpine to clean very heavily stained carpet on a boat. Did an amazing job. Carpet looks almost new. And Sean, the technician went beyond the norm to accommodate a tight time schedule. Couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend.
Alpine has been so great to us! First, a few months ago, we had our couch and area rugs cleaned by them. They smelled great and were bright and vibrant in color once again (after getting a bit dingy with two dogs). If we haven't reviewed them for that service, we give a 5 star for that as well. For our recent move…
Sean did a great, thorough job. The service is expensive, but worth it for us because we are trying to keep 25 year old carpeting alive and have 2 toddlers and 2 dogs in the house so lots of staining. Excellent work and the Platinum Service warranty is worth it.

Vincent and the whole Alpine team were great. On time, efficient, informative, and the work they did was top notch. 5/5 would recommend.
Great all around, appreciated the extra touch of a pre-work walk through & estimate so I knew in advance exactly what I would get. Thanks!

Caleb was fabulous and explained everything well and worked on the whole house and moved furniture and did his best to remove most stains but some are not possible without using chemicals and we did not want that . The carpets look great and will use him again!!
They were right on time. They were communicative and clear on what they were going to do, no haggling about the areas. Excellent job. The technician Brock was polite and thorough. I appreciate that we walked through the areas beforehand and he explained exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take.
Robert was very professional and the carpets look great. Hopefully after they've fully dried they'll look equally good (or better).
The Alpine team were so helpful and friendly and we knew our area rug was in good hands when we dropped it off. They said it would take a week and they managed to get it done a day quicker.
