I highly recommend Alpine Cleaning! Smooth experience from start to finish, and I appreciated their thorough communication the most. I can breathe normal again!!! That was a major issue of our new home when we first moved in just a few weeks ago. Ben was the technician who did our HVAC duct and vent cleaning yesterday. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and did a great job of informing me of how he was going to proceed with his job. The Alpine team was efficient, effective, on time, and extremely professional. The work that their team does is inherently a little bit dirty, but they didn’t leave a trace behind by the time they had left. This is the second time that I have used them for duct cleaning, and it certainly will not be the last!
Jesus did an amazing job. Our ducts are now spotless. He was very friendly and courteous, and I look forward to working with him again!

Right away, we noticed a more balanced distribution of air flow throughout the entire house. So glad we finally had Alpine clean our air ducts/vents & hvac system.
We had a wonderful experience! Would highly recommend.
From the initial inquiry to the visit, this service felt VERY white glove. I filled out an online questionnaire, received a reply almost immediately and was told an appointment could be set for the next morning. As a followup, I received a text introducing me to the team that would be managing the cleaning.…
Professionally done.

2nd EDIT: Well, I'm now taking this review from a two star to four star. Management did decide to cover the cost of the HVAC Service call and mailed me a check. The also add a credit in my account for future service. They did work to correct the issue. I hope this was just a random mistake. Not sure if I will use…
Great service! The specialist was very informative & friendly. Highly recommend!
Anthony cleaned our HVAC ducts and dryer vent, and the whole experience was great. Communication was clear, and the service was professional from start to finish. Anthony answered all my questions during the process and took the time to carefully put everything back in place when he was done.
The staff were responsible and professional. They completed the job as described within the timeframe scheduled.
CAVEAT below! Had HVAC ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Communication and service all very professional and well done. But, be advised that while they do a great job, they only clean HVAC ducts with compressed air and not with any brush or similar. So there will still be some small amount of dust and debris remaining in the vents.
Anthony was very professional, made sure he knew the scope of the work, answered all questions throughout the process and took the time to put everything back in its place and let all surrounding areas cleaner than he found them. Thank you for a job well done!!

Excellent service clean all our ducting and return vents. Way better than Bob’s who said they wouldn’t touch our ducting because it was greater than 20 years old. Highly recommend Alpine.
