Did a great job, solved all our issues, kept us informed as work was completed.
We had a great experience! Our carpet had some pretty significant pet stains and odor issues, and the difference after cleaning is incredible. Our technician, Enrique, was genuinely kind, professional, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to inspect the problem areas closely, even checking repeatedly to make…
Top tier cleaning service start to finish. Great staff.
Very professional. Outcome was better than expected. Definitely will use again and highly recommend.
Elijah was wonderful! Thorough and efficient. I appreciate his attention to detail and expertise.
Elijah did a great job cleaning our carpets, rug and chairs. Primary issue was that he arrived 4 hours late and din't finish until 9 pm. We have small children so this disrupted our dinner and bedtime routine.
Beck did a very diligent job on our pet stained carpet. Looks great now!
Elijah did an amazing job! He was on time, kind, thorough and answered all my questions. My carpet looks great and he worked miracles with some dog urine stains! We would definitely use Alpine again in the future.
Elijah took the best care of our carpets today. He is professional, personable, very considerate of our space and animals as we corralled throughout the cleaning process. His communication was top notch and he left us with the cleanest carpets on the planet! Will definitely recommend Alpine to everyone. Thank you…
Elijah was very professional and did an awesome job. Thank you!
Very professional! I was able to watch truck until it arrived like a package. He did an amazing job and will refer Alpine every time!
Extremely professional staff and very friendly. Will definitely go back again for our rugs cleaning
Service from Elijah was stellar! He was courteous, thorough, accommodating, patient, and respectful. The epitome of professionalism. Our carpets were long overdue for cleaning—especially with two dogs and kids in our household. The improvement was apparent instantly. Now a day later, our house looks and smells as…
Stains came back after carpet dried.
Looks like a new rug! Two dogs take a toll. Alpine erases the stinky parts and lets us enjoy our very furry creatures even more than we already do! :)
Very happy with our service by the technician Beck today. We have 3 dogs and Beck listened closely to our carpet concerns. Without crazy upselling, he provided what we needed to get fabulously clean carpet. And it smells great! Thank you Beck and Alpine.
We had a wonderful experience! Would highly recommend.
Connor was professional, worked continuously until done and was great to work with. I would recommend him to others.
Seth was very respectful. He helped move furniture around, protected walls and floors and was one of the hardest workers i have seen. He was able to complete the scope of work in half of the estimated time.
Oliver did a great job cleaning my carpet, especially my stairs. Even removing the old stain from a previous renter! Personable and patient. The corner guards they use to protect my drywall from hoses is a nice touch I didn’t know I needed. Elizabeth came by to check on my service, she helped move boxes from the…
We had our carpets and air ducts cleaned. It was reasonably priced. Our technicians were kind and knowledgeable. Beck was super helpful with our carpets and did an amazing job. Especially since our carpets were beyond gross. Highly recommend them to everybody!
Great experience with furniture cleaning.
An easy, pleasant experience with Alpine from start to finish. It was really helpful to text with Alyssa and share pictures, details, etc beforehand to help build a quote, and then day-of Enrique surpassed our expectations when tackling some pet stains that we’d already treated (and made worse!) and were afraid…
Excellent job cleaning carpets. Got out pet stains I never thought would ever come out after trying myself. Reliable and efficient. Easy scheduling.
Did a great and thorough job!
I'd like to highly reccomend Anthony with Alpine! We have a rental where our tenant was smelling a strong rat odor. We called Alpine who reccomended to first have a pest company come out to confirm and take care of the rats so we wouldn't be just solving a short term issue. Afterwards Anthony came out for the…
Honestly, wouldn't use another company. Alpine is always prompt and professional. Their cleaners are friendly and knowledgeable and are always a please to have in our home.
Absolutely outstanding work from Oliver and Steve on the carpeting and ducting respectively. The home we rented came with foul odors eminating from *everywhere*; mold, human blood and pet urine/feces stains littered a carpet old enough to drink. I couldn't spare the time to fly out and tour the rental beforehand…
Enrique did a great job cleaning our aging carpet. Very happy with the result.
The service was described in detail beforehand, so I knew what to expect. I had a small living room with dirt and pet odors in the carpeting and BECK was able to quickly clean the area (~30 mins) and the carpet looked and smelled fresh, with no strong chemical odor. Beck was very communicative and punctual. Very pleased with the results!
Beck was prompt, well versed in my issues on the carpet. He offered several options and suggestions w/ regards to age, condition and solutions for the carpet. He did a great job, focused extra time on 2-3 problem areas. Came out better than I expected. ESPECIALLY compared to previous cleanings with various…
Christian was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job cleaning my carpets!
Beck was excellent. Very kind and professional. Told me exactly what to expect and did a very thorough job of cleaning especially my couch. Everything looks so clean. Thank you.
Very helpful & professional. Although the cat urine smells didn’t go away completely, the cleaning and deodorizing helped a great deal. I am very happy with the results.
They were on time, professional, and did an excellent job cleaning my furniture and carpet. Thank you for a job well done!!
They worked miracles on our $4k sofa that our dog had wrecked. We can finally sit on it again and have people over. Very happy with the quality of service and professionalism.
Kristian Beck cleaned our carpet. It had not been cleaned since we lived in that house, so 11 years. And we always had dogs. He did such a great job. It did not imagine it would ever bee as clean as it was when he was finished. He was very courteous and professional as well.
I appreciated the responsiveness to my specific needs. The kindness and consideration during conversation, along with the support to make the best choices around my service. Great experience and worth the time and investment.
Alpine came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I was able to get an appointment for the next day to clean some furniture and a rug and help get out some smoke odor. I worked with Caleb for the cleaning and he did an amazing job. Was right on time and very friendly and great to work with. He was extremely…
Enrique did an amazing job. The carpets look brand new!
Both Anthony and Oliver were scheduled today. Anthony came first to do the HVAC cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. He was punctual, explaining things throughout his work and why certain things are done certain ways. Oliver showed up shortly after. He was also punctual. He did a great job also explaining what he was…
Very friendly and professional. Tech Jesus was wonderful. Carpet looks great but unfortunately the pet urine smell was not diminished at all.
Technician did amazing and was even able to accommodate us being on the third floor. Stubborn stains were able to be removed and the carpets look brand new again.
Service was thorough and outstanding. Technician showed up on time and was done early. Highly recommend.
I have used other carpet cleaning agency’s and found the finished product mediocre at best. I am impressed and pleased with the expertise and completed result of the carpet cleaning from Alpine, the finished results are amazing. I will only use them in the future. I will recommend them to family and friends.
Jesus was very quick and thorough! He was able to lift the pet stains on the upstairs landing! A very nice guy too!
2nd time we’ve used Alpine and our carpets look amazing! Price was great for dining, formal living, stairs, 3 bedrooms and 2 large area rugs. Great communication from start to finish.
Oliver arrived on time, went over everything with me then got to work! Basically did the whole house less 1 bed and 1 bath. Got most of the stains out, a few were just too bad! Great friendly service. Highly recommend!
We are happy with the results of our carpet cleaning. Company was easy to work with getting scheduled at a day and time convenient for us. Caleb did a great job and was very professional. We will use them again.
Nico is the man! The day did not start off well. The information we were given prior to scheduling alpine was inconsistent with what we got. Mainly we felt that the "included furniture moving" that we were told was not actually including all furniture. Only small chairs and such. We felt that this was misleading. I…
They did another great job with our carpet and got out all of our cat puke spots too. Their timeliness within the allotted time was much appreciated too.
Nico was prompt, efficient, and explained everything in detail! My carpets look so much better. I will definitely use them again
We have four dogs and as you can imagine our furniture is not the freshest smelling in the world. Enter Jesus from Alpine Specialty Services. The work this technician did was phenomenal. Our couches, which were sadly neglected, looks and smell like this is a pet free home. Jesus took time and care to ensure our…
Alpine are true professionals! They were courteous and did an extremely thorough job cleaning every inch of my carpets. I highly recommend Alpine Services and their technician, Oliver.
Alpine did a great job on the carpets and did the best they could do given the stains on furniture and seat cushions. The workers were punctual and I was informed of their estimated time of arrival by text and map. Both men who did the job were professional, friendly and efficient. I would recommend Alpine.
Nico did an excellent job! My carpets look new again! He was on time, friendly and thorough.
Enrique provided superior service in getting all the work done. I am thrilled with the results. He explained everything that he was doing, especially when attacking some stains left behind by a puppy. He was a top-notch professional and also a friendly, personable technician.
I got a recommendation from a friend. I called to let them know I needed the rugs cleaned because my daughter’s cats had urinated on the rug. We set an appointment up for sept 25 two weeks later. The technician arrived on time and was very courteous. I explained about the carpet that had urine on it and he went to…
We have been using Alpine Specialty Services for years for our regular cleanings and also one emergency cleaning. I highly recommend them. We appreciate their communication, efficiency, staff, and outcomes.
Chad amazing. Flexible, professional. Will use Alpine in future.
Chase was professional and very kind. He worked fast and efficiently. I’m very happy with the results.
Alpine Services was super responsive, sent texts and email reminders and even sent a text where I could look to see, in real time, how far out the truck was. Super nice service person and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. Would totally recommend them!
Really great service from Jesus. On time, very friendly and professional. Thank you!!
Really nice job! The house smells so much better with clean vents. The carpets and floors look fantastic. Elizabeth is amazing! Will definitely have them back!
Their technician, Chad, did a great job cleaning our carpet and explaining everything. He took proper care with our furniture and home. We will use them again!
Guys were great, professional and punctual. Explained the entire process before hand and used protective footies while in my house. Carpets look amazing!!!!
Jesus was friendly, professional and did a great job on my old carpets...they look practically brand new!
My wife and I hired Alpine to clean our homes carpets. Their prices were very competitive and opted for the large truck to get the hotter water. We were getting the entire house done, so competitive prices was important. The technician was very nice, professional and did a great job. We were very happy with how the house looked afterwards.
I recommend Elizabeth and Alpine Cleaning as I'm very happy with the services provided. She cleaned carpets in all 8 rooms, stairs, and very dirty hardwood floors. Very professional and was on time.

Carpets turned out super clean and stains removed! Chairs look brand new too! Thx you
Vincent was prompt, listened to our needs as much as he educated us on the process, went above-and-beyond our expectations, and finished in the amount of time he calculated. We were a repeat customer of Alpine Specialty Services ... and would happily use them again and again.
We had Aaron for the duct cleaning and Elizabeth for our carpets. Both were prompt, professional, friendly and informative. This was our first time using Alpine and we’re impressed! We did plenty of shopping around and Alpine matched or beat the best price.
Only company I have ever used for carpets and furniture . Always nice and caring about the work they do. Super attentive to details and making sure I was informed and happy.
Great Service. Carpets look like new even after a few years of abuse from 2 senior dogs. I highly recommend!
Brock was super professional and responsive to requests and add ons. He worked so hard on getting stains out that we thought could never be removed. A great experience from start to finish. Do believe that Brock is both representative of the company values and an ambassador. Will definitely call this company in the…
Quick and turned out great. Excellent service!
Alpine has been so great to us! First, a few months ago, we had our couch and area rugs cleaned by them. They smelled great and were bright and vibrant in color once again (after getting a bit dingy with two dogs). If we haven't reviewed them for that service, we give a 5 star for that as well. For our recent move…
Sean did a great, thorough job. The service is expensive, but worth it for us because we are trying to keep 25 year old carpeting alive and have 2 toddlers and 2 dogs in the house so lots of staining. Excellent work and the Platinum Service warranty is worth it.
Geovanni is a benefit to your company. He is professional and knowledgeable as well. Thank you for the thorough job.

Raithen came out to clean a upholstery sectional I have that was stained and had dog hair all over it. He did an amazing job, taking his time to ensure all the small details were covered. Would highly recommend this company and Raithen! From one service company owner to another, this was such a pleasant, quick, and effective experience.
Sean arrived early and did a thorough job. We had two recliners and wall-to-wall carpet deep cleaned for the first time in > 10 years. We’ve had multiple dogs and cats, and unfortunately accidents do happen… We’re very pleased with the results!
Vince, was a complete professional. He showed up at the scheduled time, completely explained what he was going to do and then did a great job refreshing our white carpet. It looks great. You would never know we were a household of big dogs. Thank you!

Ted came into our house right on time and was well prepared. He was courteous and professional. He wore a big smile besides wearing his blue uniform and the protective shoes socks. Thank you so much Vincent! I can tell you love what you do. I highly recommend Vincent and have nothing but great things to say about his work.
Geovanni showed up on time and was professional the entire time in the house. He moved furniture I wasn’t thinking was going to get moved and he put foot protectors under the furniture so they wouldn’t rust onto the freshly cleaned carpets. Geovanni was good with the dogs, though they were locked outside during the…

Vince did a fantastic job! He was very professional and worked hard to get the stains out, and cleaned our grouts and now they look almost new! I would definitely recommend hiring them again in the future!

I would recommend Alpine Cleaning anytime! Oswaldo was on time, professional and did a great job on getting the carpets nice and clean. The price was comparable to other cleaners but with a nice professional & personable experience.
Update: 12/16/21 Got a new puppy and Alpine came out to pick up my heavy 9x12 wool area rug, clean it, and deliver it back in great condition. Their customer service is top notch and I will use them again for other area rugs that Ms. Pees Alot has used to christen her new home. 2019: I have been In the house for a…

Elizabeth provided excellent, professional service. She arrived on time, we went through the house and she explained the whole process.
Arrived early, after calling to confirm it was ok. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Took last minute adjustments to room coverage without any issue. Handled moving all but the heaviest of equipment (a home elliptical). Took extra time on bad areas. Great job overall.
Alpine representative very cheerful and pleasant to work with. Worked very hard, very thoroughly to clean carpets, area rug, slate entry, stone fireplace shelf, bathroom tile. Great results; able to eradicate stains left in several prior cleanings by other companies.
Awesome experience! Thank you! Audrie
