Probably the best service we have received in the 40 plus years we have lived in our house. Jacob was very conscientious and thorough. He explained every step of the process during the service. Very polite and engaging. I was impressed with his work ethic and expertise. All things considered this was a very…
Zach was great. Explained what he was seeing with my system and was very respectful. He looked at everything I asked him to. Now my mind is at ease. Thank you Zach for the great service.
Zack our technician is very kind & professional
Great service. Alpine sent a man named Wilson. He is so knowledgeable. He serviced our furnace and taught us to change our furnace filter often. Thank you.
From the admin to the technicians the service was consistently professional and friendly. The technicians are very knowledgeable and get the job done efficiently.
Wilson went above and beyond to resolve my issue quickly and explained how things and what I can check by myself in future.
Wilson was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He spent a good amount of time diagnosing an issue with our furnace that had eluded two other furnace companies. For $150, his diagnosis was worth it. He also discovered that my DIY wiring of a replacement thermostat was done a little bit wrong. My bad we…
Wilson was very professional troubleshooting the issues with our AC. Recommend
Professional service with great quality and value
The service guy is very professional and friendly, very responsive for any related questions, I am very satisfied.
Our technician Will was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend Alpine!
Great service and very knowledgeable about HVAC
Their estimate started out at $3000, then went to $3900, ended up at $4450. They used manipulation through fear in their pitch. I got the project done by Fisher Heating and Air Conditioning for $1640.... Caveat Emptor!!! 'Let the buyer beware!'
Alpine is ALWAYS very responsive. Alvaro is a gem to work with. I am a general contractor and have worked with a lot of the "names" around the Seattle area The service quality has gone down - while the rates have gone up. Not with Alpine - they are top notch. Reasonable responsive and knowledgable.
Keyontae was a most personable and knowledgeable and efficient young man and I would recommend Alpine Cleaning Service to anyone. Definitely 5-star!!
I requested Alpine Specialty Services to repair my electric furnace. The heat strip on my furnace was broken and needed replacement. Before Alpine, I hired 2 agencies who took full payment of the service in advance, but did not show up for 1.5 months each. They both kept giving me reasons that they were looking for…
Will and Alvero were great! Had my furnace serviced and they were in and out in 90min!
This man got my vents cleaned and the furnace working! He is great, smart, fast and knowledgeable. I love Alpine. Quality work and people.
Loved working with Alvaro and Will from Alpine! They were friendly, communicative, and fixed the issue quickly and at a reasonable cost!
I've used Alpine for air duct cleaning in the past, but I recently also used them to replace my furnace and install a new heat pump. Each and every crew member was highly professional, and very responsive at every phase of the process. I would highly recommend Alpine to anyone who's looking for their services.…
Our mini-split burned up because of an electrical surge during the holiday week, and during the last cold snap! Luckily we found Alpine Specialty Services. Alexander was great to work with. He gave us a quote and and had the new unit installed within a couple days. Really great since it’s our main heat source. The…
On time, professional and cost effective service.
Awesome is all I can say
Great experience. While everyone else is booked out for months, Alpine was here a little more than a week later. Highly recommend if you are in West Seattle.
Luanne was very helpful over the phone and Alvaro was prompt and efficient and most importantly my heater works again!
Great service! Wonderful!
Excellent and got to us fast even though things have to be crazy busy for HVAC folks.
Alpine tech diagnosis of furnace failure and elevated carbon monoxide levels in my house were critically important to avoid a dangerous situation.
Alvaro serviced our furnace which was installed 3 years ago by Accurate Heating (now Alpine apparently). He took time to explain things and did a great job.
Alvaro and his partner Will arrived as quickly as possible on the snowy near freezing temperatures the afternoon of the morning I called. They were courteous and took off their shoes in the house which I appreciate. The furnace was in the attic which is not so easy to navigate. They spent a bit of time…
I am not one for leaving reviews, but these guys deserve one. They were on time, respectful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!
I called Alpine to perform a tune-up to my gas furnace. Isaiah showed up on time with a big smile and a friendly attitude. He did the work and explain the details of the diagnosis in simple, easy words to understand. From now on I am calling Alpine for all the services they offer.
William did extensive troubleshooting, and with technical support from his team, identified the trouble with the furnace and got us heating again in a single visit.
Alvaro the technician was kind, thorough, and successful in getting my heat up and running when others couldn’t figure it out! The customer service staff were all lovely, as well (Alyssa, Elizabeth, Alejandro, and LuAnn sp?). Thanks for getting my heat back up and running the first cold week of the year!
Wonderful service. Technician explained everything in detail. Courteous & Knowlegable
Alvaro was great, knowledgeable and efficient. Will definitely use these guys again.
Alvaro was very kind and professional!
Hired to do duct cleaning and service Heating system. The serviceman saw a dead mouse. He ended up bailing on me, stating some company policy that says run like little girls if you see a dead mouse. I contacted supervisor, he said i need to hire and exterminator before they would come back. I explained to him that…
We used Isaiah with Alpine Duct Cleaning . Very Professional . Took the time to explain everything to my 87 yr old Mom . Would highly recommend . And will do business again with Alpine.
