Alturas built our home. Workmanship and customer service were outstanding. I highly recommend this company.
We have been in our beautiful new Alturas home for one month. And we recommend this builder to EVERYONE we talk to. With the housing industry in a boom here in the Treasure Valley, we couldn’t be MORE GRATEFUL to have had the opportunity to purchase a home built by Alturas. This company is the epitome of “doing the…
Couldn’t be happier having an Alturas Home. Great builder who standby their work. Only had a couple minor issues and they were out right away taking care of it. The home is very efficient. My heating and cooling bills have never been cheaper. You can see the quality of the construction everywhere you look. I would…
We love our Alturas Home! The realtor Kat and the project manager Tim have projected professionalism and great service. The home is built well, very efficient, and designed very well. Thank you to the Alturas team.
Being a contractor myself and a former building inspector, I thought I’d have trouble finding a home that met my standards, but when I walked into my Alturas home, my wife and I were very surprised and happy with what we found. But even better, sure there was minor items that needed touch up and some minor repairs…
My wife and I purchased an Alturas home many months ago now. It has been an amazing experience working with Alturas. I work with many builders in my industry and all are not the same. Alturas is one of the best when it comes to being there for us and being very responsive to every call, text, and email. They go out…

We have built many homes in the valley and have never had a better experience than we did with Alturas. We have had minimal issues arise and…
Altura had wonderful finishes and great floor plans! Highly recommended!
I purchased an Alturas home a couple years ago and I have to say from start to finish they were the upmost professional and easy to work with! They were always very responsive and handled things with class! Homes can be complicated with the amount of different trades that work on a home but they make it seamless!…
We moved into our Alturas home last summer and could not be happier! Our previous home was custom built and our experiences with that home to Alturas were night and day. Alturas not only builds beautiful homes, but takes care of its customers as if we were part of their family. From day one we have been nothing but…
