You will not find better quality at the same price point. They build everything beautifully. They don't skimp either. My first home was a very popular/cheap builder in the area because I just didn't know any better, after choosing Alturas for my next home, the difference is night and day. 1000x better quality, style, design, everything.

We have enjoyed our Alturas home and they have been great to work with. As with nearly every new home, there will ultimately be a warranty request. The level of service from Alturas after the sale has been exceptional. We would purchase another home again from Alturas knowing that they take care of their customers and build a great product.
