Usually shows up on time, as scheduled, but this time they were 3 hours after the scheduled time. Yes, I know emergencies come up, but no one from the office called to let me know it was going to be as late as this. I could not go to work that morning because of this. Not happy with this. Did not find out about the delay until I called the office.

Has given us a good service since installation. We do the yearly contract to find it to be a great value. I would recommend it to anyone. This weekend Pete had to come out Saturday and Sunday because the whole system was frozen. He was prompt, efficient, and got us up and running as quickly as he could.

He filled my AC lines with nitrogen & R410a to leak detect like Peter did before who said he couldn't find the leak. The receptionist is friendly, returns calls right away and usually sends a technician quickly.. the technicians are always on time or even early!
