My air conditioner had several things wrong and Brandon took care of it. He knew what he was doing and handled it perfectly. He explained all the questions I had and there was no surprise amount to be paid every thing was told to me on the cost upfront.

This was a brand new unit installed but was not cooling adequately. There was no delay in serving at the first date I had. Gary,the supervisor, diagnosed the problem almost immediately. There was a leak at a sodering site which he repaired same day. Now the cooling system 😎 is great 👍.

Came to give second opinion as we had gotten a quote from another company of just under 1600.00 to replace items so they could diagnose the problem! American air diagnosed and fixed the problem for under $400.00. Needless to say we are now happy to be American Heat and Air Customers!
I really appreciate American Air & Plumbing! They were able to send a technician out the same day I called, he diagnosed the problem and ordered the part necessary to fix my AC and had it up and running the next day. We bought our unit from them in September of 2022. We had some real issues in May/June of 2024. Unit was under warranty, they got things moving. This time was a minor problem that our tech was able to get fixed quickly. We absolutely love AA & P!!!

A/C stopped working. Called and Gary came out and did what he could to fix it and he got it working.
