They fixed it But charging me $226 on top of the 89.99 service fee to clean a clogged drain line seemed a little pricey.
Always pleased with Anthony!! He is so polite and always does a great job for us!! Thanks Anthony we will see you in October.
He was very quick to update me on everything. Also made recommendations on using different filters. Also recommended having service in 6 months again.
We’ve used them exclusively since 1999. This is the 3rd system they have installed and serviced for us over that time. People come and go, but somehow this company has been able to carry forward the same integrity that impressed us 25 years ago.

Been using American Air for many years, always satisfied
A new a/c unit was installed. Garrett & Ephriam were very efficient and also respectful of our home, laying down coverings on the floor etc. The job was done in a timely fashion and the work was extremely professional. We were impressed with the care they took to ensure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this company and these 2 installers.
I had a window between 8:00am - 12:00pm, at 12:20pm, I called to see the status of the Tech. The guy that answered the phone was very rude. Said there were two others ahead of me. It would have been nice to receive a call with a heads up the tech is running late. This guy had a really bad attitude, very snappy when he speaks.
Has given us a good service since installation. We do the yearly contract to find it to be a great value. I would recommend it to anyone. This weekend Pete had to come out Saturday and Sunday because the whole system was frozen. He was prompt, efficient, and got us up and running as quickly as he could.
Arrived on time and everyone were professional and fixed the issues and explained what they did. Would recommend them.
Technician was professional and also gave me tips to prevent the issues I was having. Took his time and was not in a hurry to get out quickly. I’ve had this company install my Last 2 units and they have been great throughout our years of doing business together

Peter came out and went where no other repairman has gone. lol. Really, he got our system up and cooling. Previous repairman gave up suggesting a new unit when we were only five years into our ten-year warranty. Peter is our hero! So glad we called American Air and Plumbing.

I called them with my issue, and within 2 hours they had someone out to diagnose the problem. They were on time and very professional. I highly recommend!
Bought a new AC unit last July and it keeps shutting off at random! Have had techs and a manager out over 7 times since the first install. Really bad business to have customers constantly having to deal with the same issue over and over again. Would not recommend!

Arrived on time. Pleasant and conducted a thorough checkup on my system.

American Air and Heat has installed 3 full heating and cooling systems for our two homes 🏡. Over the past 15 years they have provided excellent service over the Phone and in person. I would highly recommend this group of professionals. I'm very greatful they were able to turn on the emergency heat for grandma until…
Update: Since I see their ads on FB but can't comment on them. Found a friend who does HVAC work. He filled my AC lines with nitrogen & R410a to leak detect like Peter did before who said he couldn't find the leak. Within 3 seconds we both heard the leak coming from the outside condenser...I guess Peter was deaf…
Gary came to our home and did a 24 point inspection / tune up. We were very happy with the service and would definitely call them again. He not only provided a good service but also gave suggestions and we really appreciate that.
It has long been our "go to" company for all things HVAC. We know the people. They know us, and all the details and histories of our systems. They are professional, punctual, and effective in all that they do.
Biannual check up on central air and heat. All of the techs that have come to my home have been professional and knowledgeable.
I want to praise two of your, obviously, top technicians for their thorough workmanship on my HVAC system the past three days: Raymond Colon performed service maintenance like a “surgeon” listening for a leak on my coil evaporator and found it, then determining it needed replacement. Gary Fannin replaced that coil…
A great choice! All of the employees were knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!
