Edwin, our HVAC technician today was very courteous. He efficiently took care of the seasonal HVAC maintenance and made several recommendations to help our system function better. I definitely recommend American Air, Plumbing, and Electric.

We've been using American air for over 20 years and they are the best. Their team of installers and technicians is always professional and courteous.
American Air has some very good employees and equipment, but Dylon is not one of them. He did less than 50% of what his report read. He is not a hardworking fully involved employee. He is one you better watch every move.

Nicolas was extremely courteous and was a joy to work with as he did a regular check up on our AC system. He expediently fixed a faulty component, and let us know potential problem areas without being pushy at all. He even went back out to grab his ladder and fixed an annoying rattle in one of the vents.

This was a brand new unit installed but was not cooling adequately. There was no delay in serving at the first date I had. Gary,the supervisor, diagnosed the problem almost immediately. There was a leak at a sodering site which he repaired same day. Now the cooling system 😎 is great 👍.
