I put in service call for no A/C. Next morning, technician Rob Miller arrived. He replaced a couple of parts and had the system operating in no time. He then checked the rest of the system. Rob is a technician who is very knowledgeable in his trade and comes across as a nice and honest man. My service call experience was excellent.
Eric Inman spent 4 hrs replacing a frozen part on my A/c with American Air and Heat, Plumbing and Electric April 3. He went above and beyond the call of duty driving an hour away to pick up the part so I would not suffer in 80 degree heat all Easter weekend. Only great approval rating for Eric!
