I had a window between 8:00am - 12:00pm, at 12:20pm, I called to see the status of the Tech.The guy that answered the phone was very rude. Said there were two others ahead of me. It would have been nice to receive a call with a heads up the tech is running late. This guy had a really bad attitude, very snappy when he speaks.

Has given us a good service since installation. We do the yearly contract to find it to be a great value. I would recommend it to anyone. This weekend Pete had to come out Saturday and Sunday because the whole system was frozen. He was prompt, efficient, and got us up and running as quickly as he could.

There was a terrible smell of gas in our house and in our garage. Gary came over and assess the problem and we found out that the vent on the roof that had just been replaced was pushed down all the way so there was no gas expelling into the open, it was all going back into the garage and the house. We are so thankful!

Update: Since I see their ads on FB but can't comment on them. Found a friend who does HVAC work. He filled my AC lines with nitrogen & R410a to leak detect like Peter did before who said he couldn't find the leak. Within 3 seconds we both heard the leak coming from the outside condenser...I guess Peter was deaf…
