Customers frequently highlight the shop's speed, friendly staff, and transparent pricing for services like tire repairs, rotations, and brake replacements. Positive feedback often notes the willingness to address minor issues without charge and clear communication during complex jobs. However, a pattern of criticism exists regarding perceived overcharging, refusal to handle low-value repairs, and instances where customers report being unable to reach the shop by phone or experiencing unresolved mechanical issues.
