We have had our air ducts cleaned a few times (different houses) with Amistee. It has always been a great experience. It comes down to the little things: wearing shoe covers, laying down material to protect your floor, the professionalism, knowledge & kindness of the service techs, ease of payment.
Exceptional attention to detail and quality control follow-up. Thank you Amistee!

Had been wanting my furnace ducts cleaned before winter began, but reading comments on a certain app, it seemed the price was going to be too out of reach. All in all the service was good. Arrived on time. They did not introduce themselves. Weren’t very polite. Did not communicate during the whole 2 hours that they were here. We hired Amistee based on their extensive experiences with Aeroseal. Our home was built in 1999 predating current building code requirements for duct sealing. Had a great experience with Amistee. Very professional. We have a mix of rigid and flexible duct work, but it posed no problems for the crew. Absolutely amazing customer service and working in the customer service industry for 10+ years I don’t say that about too many companies. Alex and Ken were professional and polite. Amistee is more expensive than every other company I called, but a neighbor recommended them, so I tried them. The level of professionalism is fantastic. Amistee cleaned my 40 year old ductwork that had never been cleaned. They then aerosealed the ductwork and reduced the leakage from 23% to only 2%. I look forward to my clean air and energy savings!
Was amazed with how awesome our two dudes were together! Totally considerate with the cold temperatures and keeping extra booties on. Snowed some before and after pictures in places I never thought of in our two furnace home. It was funny to see the top of their workvan convert to a massive “Hoover” vacuum! Lol!
Can’t say enough how happy we were with Amistee as a company! From the minute I called, all my questions were answered with kindness and patience. Jalen and his partner that performed the service seemed to go above and beyond as it took much longer than expected. Every person we interacted with, from the person…

10 star service! Informative and amazingly clean. Thank you!
Adam and crew did an excellent job! They worked great around the dogs (11), moving them between my office and bedroom. Already noticed a huge change. We had to turn the heat down since it was way too warm. Will definitely use Amistee again in the future.
I have been an Amistee customer for years and NEVER been disappointed with the quality of service. Not only are the technicians doing the work knowledgeable, efficient and professional, so are the behind the scenes office administrators scheduling them.
Great communication - even backed off the appointment by an hour so my wife could have time to do a work meeting. Also felt comfortable to have my wife home alone. My ducts were a nightmare and they are now clean as a whistle.

We strongly recommend Amistee. We had them clean our ducts and do the aeroseal duct sealing. Then we moved, and the first thing we did was call them back to do the same on the new house. Clean ducts! The technicians were polite when they worked. Kept the home clean. They even helped me diagnose an issue with my furnace that I was having for weeks that technicians couldn't figure out. Absolutely satisfied and will choose this company again in the future.
Barry was incredible kind. Him and his partner came in and got right to work. Barry told me exactly what they would be doing and got right to it. They didn't dilly dally, they came in and got the job done! Best part is they actually cleaned up after themselves! 5 stars. Would recommend to anyone needing their ducts cleaned out!
Tyler and Ryan were awesome! I was late getting to my house and they patiently waited for me. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Brandon and Rich were my technicians that completed the duct and furnace cleaning and both were so professional and kind throughout the appointment! This will be an annual service for me and you now have a customer for many years to come! Thanks again!
My ducts are clean. Clumps of dust were left behind in my kitchen and office. What was scheduled to take two-three hours took four. One of the techs kept staring at me as he walked by; he was quite creepy. I was told "You don't have to stay if you want while we work" and was blocked in for the whole service so I…

Updated (November 2025): About six weeks with my increased attic insulation and I’m seeing and feeling a big difference, especially as we dip into the cold weather. Very professional crew and they left my house sparkling clean!
It appears the crew did a great job of the duct cleaning but I was not impressed with the use of drop cloths and protection of floor surfaces.
