I called amistee because my furnace flute cover blew off and I was worried some debris might have gotten down there. The women on the phone told me the company didn’t offer it as a stand alone service and I would have to book a full home vent cleaning and it would be included. After the guys were wrapping up the…
Came in answered questions set up did their job cleaned up Left out courteous Just 1 day after with heat blowing all night my house feels fresh!!
Company was courteous when they asked to reschedule due to an emergency cleaning needed at a hospital. Team (Ryan and Bob) was on time, knowledgeable, and professional on final scheduled appointment day. Was able to review before and after photos on site after job was completed.
Very professional team. Prompt in answering questions, knowledgeable, and (most of all) reasonable in price. The one aspect that stands out is if a rebate is available they will do the paperwork for the customer and fill that paperwork as well. One less BIG headache!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Amistee. They were accommodating, courteous, and prompt. My secondary HVAC system was short cycling. Laurand Johnson came riding in from Sierra Vista and found and fixed the problem in under fifteen minutes. It was a wiring issue on the condenser motor. Laurand is without a doubt one of THE best technicians I have encountered in years!
