A couple of windows were missed, no big deal, and I wasn’t thrilled that the screens were only brushed off. As soon as it rains, the windows behind the screens will be spotted again. I would not have complained but since you asked, I shared.
Amruss made everything easy from the get go!
I had never hired a window washing company to do the windows of my townhome before because my husband and I always did them ourselves. But now that we are getting older, we don't think it's a good idea to be climbing ladders to do this work. Enter Mary from Amruss! I called several window washing companies to get quotes, but Mary made it so easy to deal with them!! She sent someone to my home without me having to be there, to look at my windows and screens, to base the quote on that she gave me. (Other companies looked at satellite images to base their quotes on with the caveat that the price could go up). She then emailed an itemized quote to me so I would have it in writing.
Amruss' price was not the cheapest, but Mary assured me there would not be any additional charges if the worker did what we agreed on, which he did. I told them which day and time was best for me to have this done, and she gave me a one-hour window (12:00 to 1:00 pm) as to when they would arrive, and Viktor arrived right at 12:00! Viktor was courteous, professional, diligent, hard working, and made my windows sparkle like diamonds! I cannot get over how beautiful they look and you'd better believe that I will be letting all of my friends know about how fabulous Amruss is, and will definitely be using them again myself!
