From explaining each step of the buying process, answering questions quickly and in an easy to understand way, walking through all of the paperwork with us with patience, helping us with inspection, giving guidance and resources through the purchasing process and repair negotiations, and was so kind and helpful during the signing of our deed and closing on our new home. Luke Fredrick was an absolutely crucial part of our relocation from Texas to Cedar Falls. Moving across the country and buying a home can be incredibly stressful, but Luke made the entire process as easy and stress-free as possible.
When we flew up from Texas to look at homes, Luke dedicated multiple days of his time to us. He was incredibly diligent, professional, patient, and always made us feel like we were a priority.
