Jenny Larkin was, in a word, terrific. We had an unusual transaction, buying a house sight-unseen from overseas, and she was there for us every step of the way. We couldn't have done it without her.

Steph Ricketts did an amazing job through the entire process of selling my home. I was a bit of a unique situation where most of the communication was done virtually through the entire process of selling my home, and she was incredibly punctual with providing me information as she received it. She’s an incredible communicator and went above and beyond by helping me schedule services for repairs needed on the home in a quick and timely fashion. There is no doubt in my mind that she’s one of the best realtors in the Cedar Valley and would certainly recommend her as a realtor to anyone looking to sell their home.

Lydia was professional and thorough. She listened carefully to what we wanted in a new home and actively sought properties to meet our expectations even as they evolved over time. Her attention to detail in the closing process gave us assurance, her level of knowledge enlightened us of things we hadn't considered, and she is a credit to the profession and to Structure Real Estate.
