After reviewing this, we can confirm this review was left by a former technician who was terminated for secretly servicing our customers directly, a serious violation of his employment agreement. We identified him easily because he is suggesting customers buy parts from PartsTown, knowing full well that as an authorized servicer and dealer, we already sell parts at the same list prices any customer can find on PartsTown directly. There is no markup. We're sorry he has chosen to respond this way, but we remain focused on taking care of our customers the right way.
