I have had such a great experience with Apex! Dustin came to check on my furnace and air conditioner, he was very friendly and veryyy professional. He took the time to explain exactly what he saw and what those concerns meant for my home!! I also recently had Abdul come out to check on a plumbing issue, he was great…
The most annoying company I’ve ever worked with. They’ve been out for our new AC unit so many times with so many issues and can never identity the problem. Then they start fixing random “issues” charging outrageous amounts, and the issue is never actually fixed. I cannot stand this company at all and I recommend…
Our service was above and beyond! I thank you for your patience and kindness.
Didnt fix the problem was here for almost 2 hours and all he did was throw away our new air filter. Its still 97 degrees in our house.
Romerial Henry II was my technician and he was able to quickly determine what was wrong with my AC Unit and had the part readily available! He had the problem fixed in under 30 minutes on a very hot day during the Holiday Weekend! Thank you!!!
I called in my issue Monday evening to Joe and by Tuesday morning Joe put me in contact with their dispatch (Micah, I’m probably botching that spelling). She was more than kind and quick. Shortly after, Alex the tech was at our house! I am talking all before 9am. He dove right in, was extremely easy to talk to,…
Paid $29 for Apex Pros’ “complete” HVAC tune-up on 6/22/2026, advertised as including multi-point inspection, performance testing, and safety checks. The invoice only documents checking operation, securing the blower motor, wiring, coils, and drain — nothing about the capacitor or refrigerant charge. Just 10 days…
Excellent service. Excellent timing. Really saved us. Great job.
Phenomenal work, answered questions, and fixed the issue quickly! Highly recommend!
Zach Rike, serviced our A/C unit today and it's now ready for the summer season. Very polite and professional technician. This company has done quite a bit of work for me over the years, and has always been there when I needed them the most! A few years ago our well went out the day after Thanksgiving and they were…
Hassan and Billy are both reliable and highly efficient individuals. They approach their work with a commendable level of professionalism. We were thoroughly satisfied with the new air conditioner and furnace. Thank you very much!
Apex Pros is an outstanding company!! We had a complete HVAC installation, and we couldn't be more pleased. Allen came to the home and did a complete assessment, and was knowledgeable and informative throughout. He also worked with us and accommodated our schedule. The installation was stellar, with the technicians…
Michael came two consecutive days to do HVAC maintenance. He was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra steps. Patient while explaining the details making sure we better understand the process and our unit and leaving us chilly with our well running air. We will absolutely call them again in the future. Thanks Michael!
It was great fast diagnostic and quick repair thanks to Michael Hensley our technician that came today very friendly and respectful thanks apex pros
Jacob came to do our spring tuneup on the furnace and AC and ended up finding some cracks in the pipes and a dirty AC unit. He cleaned out the unit fully, completed a repair on the pipes and changed out the filter. He was professional, kind and did a quality job on the repair. Thanks Jacob and APEX, happy to be a member.
Had to schedule an appointment with Apex for electrical work. Nathan let me know when he was arriving. I showed him what I thought to be the issues and he took it from there. Found issues I didn’t know about and were not good for me or my safety. He was throughly efficient and knew his business. I appreciate his service! A good dude! Thanks Apex!
I can't say enough good things about my experience with Extreme Heating & Air. When our system went down, they made a stressful situation so much easier. Scheduling was a breeze, and our technician, Garry, was phenomenal. He didn't just fix the problem; he walked me through his entire diagnosis and clearly laid out…
Braden Gartner was absolutely AMAZING ❣️❣️❣️🥰🥰🥰 He’s professional, kind , courteous and would definitely recommend APEX based on his service !!!
Septimus Lahai was efficient and helpful. He found at least one source of my systems leak when two companies “were not able to identify without further testing”. This increased my confidence in Apex greatly. Septimus was not only well informed but pleasant, helpful and NOT trying to high pressure sale. I highly recommend.
Hunter was our technician. He was awesome. Great communication, helpful information and very professional. Apex is our go to company for our heating, AC and plumbing needs. Thank you!
Jacob was an amazing young man. He was polite, professional and more importantly honest. He was here to service our air conditioner...which in return didn't need much( a bug did it). My husband was impressed with the service that he said in a few years Apex is who we go with. Jacob, thank you for your service. The Kindermans,
Arturo is a true professional and did an outstanding job. I was out of town and he kept me up to speed on the repair every step of the way. Apex is lucky to have him.
Apex came out to fix an issue with my AC. After they replaced parts it stopped working the very next day. I’m really disappointed with the service — I expected a proper, lasting repair, but it clearly wasn’t done right. Definitely not reliable and would not recommend. I also am trying to get a hold of them and they are not getting back to me.
A/C went out after hot water tank sprung a major water leak with pipes spraying water everywhere. called Apex this morning they sent out Michael Meadows. Michael got right to work he assessed what caused the A/C to stop blowing cold air explained everything to me in understandable terms so i could make an informed…
Gary did a great job, he was very polite and explained everything that was being done. He resolved our issue fast and now our air is working again!
The service tech was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about his work. He was so kind and considerate about what was going on. Showed me was to save money by buying the added agreement. I would definitely use this company again. I asked him if he wore the bear suit but it was to hot today for him. Maybe next time.
Our very ancient (44 years old!) furnace/AC cranked on this week but was not cooling. We have family coming next week for 2 weeks & need AC QUICK! I saw a special “deal” from Apex Pros for AC maintenance & even though it’s the HEIGHT of their season, they sent a tech over the very next morning. Eric Taylor showed up…
I really appreciated your quick response and fantastic costumer service representative. Mr W. Darby appreciate honesty evaluation and quick fix. I will look forward discuss an extension maintenance of routine check up.
These guys are pros, great communication, and very reasonably priced
Randal and Stephanie came out and recharged my system, found a leak, and arranged to have it fixed. Professional and courteous service.
The technician was on time and completed mngt as described. Great service highly recommend.
All around great service. Very accommodating and explained everything with clarity and detail. Great value for the price.
Called for a regular spring inspection and had a few concerns. Andrew was my technician that was assigned to my appointment. We went through my concerns and found out that my thermostat was not working. He contacted his boss and they were able to replace it since it has only been 2 years. Andrew even gave me…
It was excellent. He was prompt and did a great job. He explained one possible fix, but wasn't pushy about it and said that it could wait.
James was very professional and explained everything so that I would understand. He made sure everything was working the way it should. I will definitely use Paramount again in the future.

Fred was literally the nicest guy in the world! He was early, explained exactly what he was doing, and provided me options.
Matt did a great job of explain things to me as I am a first time home buyer. Will definitely go to him more in the future.
Friendly, professional, informative. Mitch did a great job cleaning the part to look new again.
Mitch was great! He came out to give our A/C a check before summer starts. He was kind and professional.

Excellent company - we did full furnace / AC replacement last yr, all went smooth. Follow-up visits with techs that are on time, respect our white carpet in basement nxt to furnace room & great communication.
James came to my house on time. Very professional and knowledgably about what he's doing. Not just tune up my system but also walk me through all the steps and why he's doing that. Also tell me what should do to maintain the system in good shape. No push sale at all but I am willing to give more business to him and his organization.
Our AC has been making a funny sound for a few months now. Whenever it happens, our house suddenly gets very warm. If we shut the AC off for about 20 minutes, it starts working again just fine. We’ve had other companies come out to diagnose, but no one seemed to be able to fix the problem. Paramount found the…
Fred was very efficient, professional and thorough. Much appreciated!
Fred was fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and great at explaining our issues and options - both short and long-term.
