This is perhaps the single worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I have had 2 appointments canceled without contact or cause within 36 hours. Calling gave no answer and their automated system is horridly flawed. The tech I got is actually really great, but the scheduling and customer service has been completely inexcusable.

Jacob came to do our spring tuneup on the furnace and AC and ended up finding some cracks in the pipes and a dirty AC unit. He cleaned out the unit fully, completed a repair on the pipes and changed out the filter. He was professional, kind and did a quality job on the repair. Thanks Jacob and APEX, happy to be a member.
Martez Hickman was our technician. He was prompt, professional, polite, clean, and very knowledgeable when asked questions. He recommended the surge protectors for both units. Wasn’t 100% sold on the idea, but he gave us discounts which helped with our decision making. Would highly recommend him as a technician.

Septimus Lahai was efficient and helpful. He found at least one source of my systems leak when two companies “were not able to identify without further testing”.
