This is perhaps the single worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I have had 2 appointments canceled without contact or cause within 36 hours. Calling gave no answer and their automated system is horridly flawed. The tech I got is actually really great, but the scheduling and customer service has been completely inexcusable.

Jacob came to do our spring tuneup on the furnace and AC and ended up finding some cracks in the pipes and a dirty AC unit. He cleaned out the unit fully, completed a repair on the pipes and changed out the filter. He was professional, kind and did a quality job on the repair. Thanks Jacob and APEX, happy to be a member.
Martez Hickman was our technician. He was prompt, professional, polite, clean, and very knowledgeable when asked questions. He recommended the surge protectors for both units. In addition to the routine maintenance of my furnace, Ian Rowell was outstanding in getting my Nest thermostat and Nest app to work together again. He was professional, friendly, and very patient with me. Once he got the app and the thermostat linked back up he restored the settings I wanted to return to.
