The most annoying company I’ve ever worked with. They’ve been out for our new AC unit so many times with so many issues and can never identity the problem. Then they start fixing random “issues” charging outrageous amounts, and the issue is never actually fixed. I cannot stand this company at all and I recommend…
Alex knew exactly the problem…solved it quickly to get my house cooled off! Very thorough and professional would definitely use him again
Zaine was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely hire again.
Michael was great. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Very much appreciated him.
The Apex team that installed my new HVAC system was super! The lead technician Hassan was incredible in sheet metal fabrication and electrical controls and overall installation. The 2 man crew executed the installation methodically while one worked inside and the other outside. My honest opinion is it was a lot of…
Total HVAC replacement. Prompt , quickly scheduled , and very neat clean up
The tech rushed putting the panels back on our indoor HVAC unit. The tabs on one piece were bent, which created a gap that allowed air to rush out into the mechanical room. I took it back apart to fix the issue myself, and found two screws were missing. They also did not address one of the key issues I brought up…
Our service was above and beyond! I thank you for your patience and kindness.
Great customer service.
The service tech was polite and knowledgeable.
I called in my issue Monday evening to Joe and by Tuesday morning Joe put me in contact with their dispatch (Micah, I’m probably botching that spelling). She was more than kind and quick. Shortly after, Alex the tech was at our house! I am talking all before 9am. He dove right in, was extremely easy to talk to,…
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Cares about the customer. Technician was great and we appreciate his assistance and time taken to explain what was going on. I am just disappointed with the pricing.
Scott was a professional. Explained everything up front. Was courteous. I shall remember him. Next time I need service. I say Scott deserves a nice raise. Hard to get employees as great as him. Thanks!!
Austin was very knowledgeable, explained everything and made sure I understood. He was very efficient and kept me updated as he was going. I would happily have Austin assist me with whatever services I needed.
Dustin D was prompt, courteous, and professional in analyzing the HVAC code errors. He pointed out some wiring issues which can contribute to communication errors. He determine that the control board was bad most likely due to a recent voltage brownout. He replaced the board the following day and got the system…
He showed up on time at all his equipment with him very professional quickly found the problem and had it resolved
Michael Hensley was great! Quick and even played with our puppy :)
Tyler was thorough and professional !
Michael is fantastic!!! So much charisma. I was on the phone arguing with ebay, And he came in and went right downstairs and started working without me. He explained everything to me answered all my questions, And did a great job doing it. Fix my air conditioner and is going to check on the warranty and get back to…
Jesse O diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and installed them. Excellent tech with experience and knowledge to service the customer properly and efficiently. Thank you to all the Apex Pros team members involved. Excellent communication from Myka. Branden, thank you for taking care of us and getting us set up…
Both of the men who came did a very good job on the replacements and worked quickly and efficiently.
Michael Meadows was extremely professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
Mike came out and did a great inspection and found the problem with my AC. He then showed me the problem and why it could not be fixed. Allen came out the next business day and got me ready to be repaired the next day! He explain the financin and what plans and options they have. Would use again without hesitation.
We recently had Michael’s Meadows and a guy named Trent come out to service our furnace again. We had this u to installed by a company named Paramount heating and cooling before they went under and we have had nothing but issues. The poor guys at Apex have been to our house at least 8 times trying to fix the issue…
Great experience with Apex. Fair price and honest work. Thank you Expect that the first person to your home will call someone else to complete the work.
Robert and Tyler did a great job. Best of all I feel confident in their diagnosis of our boiler issues. I appreciated that they could explain to me what was wrong and what they were doing to fix it.

He was early and he did a thorough job
Michael was great! He explained everything to me perfectly and allowed to make the decision on what all got repaired. I couldn’t be happier. 5 stars for Michael
Great job on install of AC and furnace. Really worked with my schedule to make it happen. Robert did great job!
Terrell Washington was an extremely professional and easy to work with even when his dispatch team failed him. I give him individually 5 stars for his communication and attention to detail during this whole process. I would give the dispatch team 0-1 stars most of their communication was through text and they moved…
Tyler came out to diagnose our system. I was able to do a little bit of diagnosis on my own but needed to call in the pros. He took the time to explain what was going on and why the part that I replaced was bad but that wasn't really the source of the problem. We ended up having to have the whole furnace replaced…
Braden is super nice and knowledgeable. Lotta trust with these guys (Apex) and no high pressure stuff. #Appreciated
The guys were great and very professional. I would definitely recommend them. I wear cochlear implants and struggle to hear but they handled it with no problem. Thanks so much again. Larry Colter AKA GRANDPA

Martez and his associate did an excellent job. They were very professional and efficient in diagnosing and repairing the issue with my HVAC. They answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend working with them again
Quick efficient AC repair.
I can't say enough good things about my experience with Extreme Heating & Air. When our system went down, they made a stressful situation so much easier. Scheduling was a breeze, and our technician, Garry, was phenomenal. He didn't just fix the problem; he walked me through his entire diagnosis and clearly laid out…
Very friendly and professional. Did an excellent job.
Michael Meadows came, saw the furnace error on my near-new system, and instead of rushing a fix, he got a senior tech’s take-no with no extra charge. He even checked with the manufacturer on the latest parts and specs, so we knew exactly what was needed. Then he stuck around, walked me through ventilation basics,…
Absolutely wonderful!!! Eric our technician was very great. He was on time and very quick at finding problem and fixed in under a hour. Thank you Eric for helping. Apex will be my first call from now on. My 76 yo aunt wants on of the teddy bears. Eric did absolutely 💯 my aunt is still talking about how great he was.

Our air conditioning stopped working on a Friday. Apex was able to send someone out that Monday. Romerial was professional. friendly and knowledgeable. Romerial kept us updated on progress as we had to wait for a part to get here from Virginia. A friend from work recommended Apex based on her experience with them , too.

Friendly and Excellent service!
Romerial was very thorough and courteous. Took time to explain possible reasons for the problem at hand. He got my AC up and running.
This was far and away the best experience that i've had for HVAC! My experience in the past with HVAC technicians has been less than steller. The last time we had an issue we brought out 3 different technicians from different companies and they all gave different answers as to why our system was not running right.…
The entire team was very nice and respectful, and we're very efficient. I would have them do more work in the future.
The technician was on time and completed mngt as described. Great service highly recommend.
All around great service. Very accommodating and explained everything with clarity and detail. Great value for the price.
Very professional and courteous staff. They came out to see what the problem was the same day!
