Braden, Nick and Josh each played a part in either inspection on the old unit or installation on the new Lennox. The customer service was impeccable. TERRIBLE. Never EVER use them. Company promised to install an air filter on my new furnace install. THEY NEVER DID. They also ruined my hardwood floors dragging their equipment across my house.
