I have had such a great experience with Apex! Dustin came to check on my furnace and air conditioner, he was very friendly and veryyy professional. He took the time to explain exactly what he saw and what those concerns meant for my home!! I also recently had Abdul come out to check on a plumbing issue, he was great…
Professional and courteous installation of new furnace and air conditioning system.
They are very thorough, kind, and great to work with. It's so nice to have a working system where I don't have to worry about it failing because I know they are doing everything to code with my best interest in mind. They were able to answer my questions and give me every bit of information I need to know about the…
Good communication and a solid professional. Excellent service.
Blaine did an excellent job. He answered all my questions.
Both furnace and air conditioner installers were fantastic. They explained prior to starting the project what they would be doing. If either Mike or I had questions they provided an answer to our satisfaction.
Hassen and Roberto were very polite and professional
Josh and his team worked all day to get my Air Conditioning and Furnace replaced and working. Greatly appreciated in this heat wave.
Install was great although price is at the more pricier end. The technicians Amber Poudel and Ganga Poudel brothers were very nice and friendly. They have great knowledge and experience on the install. They cleanup after their work and did not leave a mess.
Hassan and Billy are both reliable and highly efficient individuals. They approach their work with a commendable level of professionalism. We were thoroughly satisfied with the new air conditioner and furnace. Thank you very much!
Apex Pros is an outstanding company!! We had a complete HVAC installation, and we couldn't be more pleased. Allen came to the home and did a complete assessment, and was knowledgeable and informative throughout. He also worked with us and accommodated our schedule. The installation was stellar, with the technicians…
Josh and his crew were on time, professional and got my new heating and AC systems installed in one day without issue. I would definitely recommend Apex Pros based on my experience.
Called them and they were quick to come out and give me an estimate. They had a great financing plan which sealed the deal. Very happy with the results
James was great-very professional, knew his business, answered all questions. Let us know how progress was going on instillation. The other 2 men were great also. Appreciated them helping set up on our phones also. Will definitely recommend them and Apex to others.
The guys who came out to put in my new furnace, air conditioner & thermostat was very polite, friendly & answered every question that I had. They did a great job at explaining what they did & how to work the new thermostat.
Highly recommend Jason McKinnie for HVAC services. I received a quote on Tuesday, and the team was out by Thursday to replace both my furnace and AC. The efficiency was impressive; they arrived early and finished the entire installation by 3:00 PM. The technicians were professional and kept the workspace spotless…
Gavin Magnificently was awesome. Great job for Gavin. We were very pleased to have him to work for us. Thank you.
Josh was great during the entire process, explaining the work that would be done, answering any questions I had before and during the installation, then explaining the system, how to operate it, and again answering any questions I had. Cleaned up entirely after work to the point it looked like no one had been…
The installer did a great job. Overall i sm disappointed due to the onstall scheduling and lack of cpmmunication.
Apex was fast to respond and complete the work they said was needed, and beat the competitors on price as well. The HVAC rep Nick, seemed genuine and told me what I needed as well as what I didn't need. Daegan was faster than quoted for the repair and communicated very clearly on what was being done along with…
We had our new furnace placed today and Josh, James, and Steve were respectful and did a great job. They left everything clean and completed the process with all my questions answered. As newbie homeowner I appreciate the skill and time it takes to help us maintain/ upgrade our home.
Thanks for making my home safer and the pros for great peoples to have the work done. Friendly people and understanding the needs of the customer, in other words customer service is the best.
Josh was amazing always had a great attitude throughout the job. Really knowledgeable and nice guy.
My furnace went out right before we got the cold spell! I tried to fix it and couldn’t get it to work. I made a 2 phone calls to two different places and only heard back from Apex. They had a customer service representative come out that night. He went over everything as far as the process of replacing the furnace.…
They were extremely pleasant, straight forward. No bs. They could have sold me what I asked for and made more money but they told me it was more than I needed and made a better recommendation. The installers were pleasant, neat and professional. Can’t really ask for better.
Braden, Nick and Josh each played a part in either inspection on the old unit or installation on the new Lennox. The customer service was impeccable. Everyone was easy to talk to and made the whole experience more tolerable. The install took a little long than expected but they toughed it out. I appreciated the whole team.
Our technicians are Josh Harris and Steve. They are pleasant, helpful, patient and very professional (especially Joshua Harris). Joshua helps us understand how our heater furnace and air conditioner systems work. Steve helps us set up our thermostat on the pad and our iPhone. Steve also installed the air conditioner unit.
Great job on install of AC and furnace. Really worked with my schedule to make it happen. Robert did great job!
The team did a great job: quick, clean, and very professional. Thank you.
The technicians that came to my house yesterday did a fantastic job. Amber and Ganga were very professional, knew there jobs well and answered all my questions. I'm very happy with the job they did. The finished product looks great, very professional.
I am thankful for Nick and the team’s responsiveness and installation of my grandmother’s new heat/AC unit. Highly recommend APEX for your mechanical needs.
Tyler came out to diagnose our system. I was able to do a little bit of diagnosis on my own but needed to call in the pros. He took the time to explain what was going on and why the part that I replaced was bad but that wasn't really the source of the problem. We ended up having to have the whole furnace replaced…
Installers did a great job
Apex did a great job. They honestly weren't the cheapest option but they did a great job, left us no mess and showed up when they said they would. Really can't ask for more. Guys were pleasant to deal with, seemed to know what they were doing and again LEFT US NO MESS!!

Amber Poudel was sent to install new furnace and A/C units. From beginning to end of the process, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Amber was professional, courteous and most of all patient during the explanation and instructions given to a senior! Thanks again to Apex and especially Amber.
Apex pros did it again, I had several things that desperately needed replacement and Blaine and? Lol got my new furnace in in about 3 to 4 hours, they didn't even need me lol. They we're attentive and ask me if I had any questions. I appreciate you Apex, thanks again.
We had a new furnace installed in the spring. During the free six month inspection, they found that the heat exchanger was cracked. Yesterday, they came out and replaced the whole thing. The guys were in & out. Did a great job!
Blaine and Sean were very respectful. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves well. I am impressed. I told Blaine that my new furnace looks like a better install than the last one did. It seems more secure and has a much cleaner more finished look. He explained the entire system to me and showed me…

Very professional and courteous staff. They came out to see what the problem was the same day! Quickly diagnosed the problem, but took the time to explain exactly What’s the problem was, along with the options for repair in a clear, concise manner. Had a new system installed and working the next day .
I feel they were dishonest, regret using this company.
We were coming into winter with a dying furnace. I called several places but Paramount stood out from all the rest. Our furnace was atleast 20 years old and we knew it was time to level up. They matched us with a furnace that exceeded our expectations also looked at our AC. Turns out that system was just as old. We…
All aspects of our experience with Paramount were first rate. Beginning with James on the initial service call, his explanation of our situation was clear and straightforward, he presented multiple solutions with all the necessary details. The installation of our new a/c-heating system went smoothly, as promised.…

Always have loved Paramount. We bought a brand new a c and Furnace from paramount value was as and service and friendliness
Installation was great. Professional, friendly and clean.
Second time I have used Paramount for installation services. The last home I owned they did such a great job installing furnace and a/c, that with my new to me home, once I moved and knew I needed my furnace and ac replaced, I knew right where to go. Extremely responsive on the phone, they really try to work around…
They installed a new furnace for us and explained whole process to make the heating and cooling more efficient. Our heater stopped working in middle of very cold days. They came in and took care of everything in 2 business days since we were approaching a holiday. Whole team of Paramount heating and air gets 5 🌟.…
These people do it right! Very experienced, very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. Initially Andrew from service came out and was fantastic. I then decided to not repair and go new due to the age of the unit. Matt then took over and gave me all my options. I’m very satisfied with the quality of their work and the product. Highly recommend!!
Everyone from Paramount went above and beyond! From having a professional willing to come out in the evening to diagnose the problem to fully explaining all options to helping determine the best new unit to perfectly installing the new unit, these guys are the best! Everyone was kind, extremely informative and…
TERRIBLE. Never EVER use them. Company promised to install an air filter on my new furnace install. THEY NEVER DID. They also ruined my hardwood floors dragging their equipment across my house. I sent pictures MULTIPLE TIMES to SEVERAL people and never heard back. It's been months and these thieves just took my money and ran.
I had a great experience with Paramount Services. Jared and Nick were very professional and worked hard. Jared was very knowledgeable about the whole system he installed and explained it to me. They were friendly and polite, finished on time and cleaned up when done. Thank you.
Every Paramount employee we have worked with has been friendly, informative, prompt, and professional. We are relieved to have found a company we can rely on.
I appreciate your work, and thank you so much.
Excellent company - we did full furnace / AC replacement last yr, all went smooth. Follow-up visits with techs that are on time, respect our white carpet in basement nxt to furnace room & great communication.
Good service. Techs were friendly and informative.
Paramount was a great value for wonderful service.
We were not there during install. They arrived on time, completed the work and returned to test/check. They communicated very well and were very professional. Alec was the team lead.
The work crew was efficient and courteous, and completed all removal and installation work within the stated time. When finished, they did a nice job cleaning up. There were no surprises.
