This man went over and beyond he was amazing I will definitely be calling back for future plumbing issues
Outstanding service - came the same day to solve a problem that was not an emergency, but they seemed a bit pricey.
Great experience with Guillermo, he was early and worked diligently until the work was done.
Considerate and respectful.
If you’re considering Apex Pros, proceed with extreme caution—my experience resulted in paying for a repair that was never properly completed. I had a very disappointing experience with Apex Pros (Dayton team) regarding a pipe repair at my property. After a pipe burst from a freeze, Apex assessed the issue and…
Sam was great, the problem was harder than originally thought but he still got it cleared and cleaned up nice.
Brian went above and beyond to fix a tricky leak!
The service was excellent and they pay attention to the little detail.
Aaron was excellent very nice knowledgeable and went above and beyond to fix the problem. I would highly recommend him and want him if I ever have another problem.
The guys who came out were professional. They got straight to the problem. They knew what they were doing. Fix the problem in and out real quick no problem.
I had a plumbing emergency that flooded my kitchen and resulted in main water valve being turned off. I called Apex and got an appointment right away. Most service providers would try to take advantage of a woman in distress by charging an excessive amount of money. But, I did not have that experience with Apex. The…
Kaleb was absolutely excellent!!! Customer service at its best. He took the time to listen, acknowledge my concerns, and present a solution that worked best for the client and the company. I would highly recommend Kaleb with Apex Plumbing to all.
Kaleb what’s a lifesaver for our transaction unfortunately there had been a whole house inspector out that really didn’t know what he was doing and indicated there were major problems. Kaleb being the licensed professional and expert in plumbing. Did a thorough examination and testing and found nothing. I would highly recommend using kaleb for any job
Kaleb was professional, polite and efficient! We greatly appreciate his services on Christmas Eve!
Kaleb helped us with a very leaky outside faucet, and even though, despite his efforts, he couldn’t fully fix it (it’s an old and faulty faucet and needs to be completely replaced) he was able to stop the leak for now. Kaleb was very polite, professional, and transparent and told us our options going forward so we…
Nate was very professional, explained what he was doing . Did a great job
Jimmy Conway was efficient and knowledgeable….he was able to repair our kitchen sink leak quickly. Very pleasant man.
Shawn was AMAZING. He fixed all our plumbing issues, including things I didn't list on my original call! Super friendly and thorough and explained everything that was happening.
Had some work done today, Kaleb Kennison did a fantastic job. He was professional, explained the whole process and fast. Deserves some kind of raise. Will use again.
Shawn went above and beyond to make sure that all was repaired and installed properly. He explained everything and made sure that I was comfortable with the work that he was doing. The other serviceman worked just as diligently….both had very positive attitudes and seemed to really enjoy their work. It was a good…
