We had Guillermo Rubke. Come out to look at the water pressure in the house. He was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful! His hospitality was great! Absolutely loved having him here! First off, they were supposed to come on Friday from 8:00-1:00. Around 11:00 they said it was going to be at least after 1:00-2:00 before they would get there. I had already been waiting up since 8:00am for them to get there and I told them I had somewhere to be that afternoon after 1:00. The text messages continued…

Updated review: I had them out again and they evidently have either raised their prices by exponential amounts, or they weren’t in the job. They are now charging $500+ hr as their hourly rate, just FYI to everyone out there
Great experience with Guillermo, he was early and worked diligently until the work was done.
Considerate and respectful.
Not the cheapest out there, but customer service is great, and the technician was very personable and professional
Jon arrived on time, evaluated the problem, checked out the plumbing system, and then proceeded to tell me how he was going to fix it. The line leading from my house to the street was frozen. My sump pump was continuously running and the water was pooling at the foundation of the house. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY! I previously left a review about my experience with Apex Pros after they misdiagnosed a job, failed to complete it, and still demanded full payment. Since then, the company has continued to contact me, including making threatening calls claiming they will "send me to collections" and even…
