The staff were friendly and seemed knowledgable, however they really seem to want to push for more services. Sam, the plumber/tech offered different options snaking vs hydrojetting, hydrojetting was a bit more expensive, but not much more than just snaking, he suggested snaking and so I went with that. Cody was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and very patient. He explained the process, was very careful & endeavored at all times to not damage lawn (by equipment), calmly answered all of my questions without hesitantcy, and without being condescending.
