Scheduled appointment for Saturday. I had 4 text messages during the week confirming the appointment. No show. No call. There is NO WAY this company has 2000+ 5-star rating. I wasted a Saturday and had nothing done. I really regret not calling a Name Brand company to do the work. I won't make that mistake again.
Aaron Hatton did a great job fixing my leaking toliet. He was nice, helpful and respectful. He didn't leave a mess.

Great service. The guy came explained all the options, got to work, and finished everything in less than an hour. The office was very helpful too in coordinating the service.
Aaron was prompt and very friendly. Did a great job af fixing my broken bolts on toilet. I must say the prices were a little high for just replacing 2 bolts but that isnt his concern. He doesn't set the prices. I will recommend to anyone who asks tho. So thank you very much Aaron. You are appreciated!!!

We recently had Michael’s Meadows and a guy named Trent come out to service our furnace again. We had this u to installed by a company named Paramount heating and cooling before they went under and we have had nothing but issues. The poor guys at Apex have been to our house at least 8 times trying to fix the issue…

Had my toilet reinstalled from a floor installation. The round part in the floor had to be replaced. Guillermo Rubke did a great job. He is so personable and friendly!! I do though think that $1400 was a steep price.
Today Technician Michael Meadow served my heating furnace and absolutely done a good professional and in a friendly approach. Highly recommend him.
