Apex recently replaced the siding on our house. I feel like that did a good job and the price was fair. They addressed all of the issues we asked about and made sure we were satisfied. I would recommend them to others for sure. It did take awhile to start our project and that communication could have been better…

I would like to thank Apex Roof Remodeling LLC for replacing the roof and gutters on our home. Although there were some oversights in the workmanship during the project, the project manager, Kyle, corrected each of them and made sure that my requests were satisfied. The person responsible for the roof replacement project at our home, Mr. Douglas Dominick, came to the job site almost every day. Whenever materials were missing, he immediately made sure they were supplied. If there was anything the workers had done improperly or incorrectly, he would personally make the necessary corrections. What impressed me most was that on a day when the outdoor temperature was over 100°F, he worked in the extreme heat himself to make adjustments to the leaf guard/gutter system. Even after the work was completed, he came back to inspect it again a few days later and made sure everything was done properly. I originally thought he would not come back again, but he actually returned because he still had something to check and correct. He continued working outside in the hot sun. I truly appreciate his responsible attitude, dedication to his work, and his concern for his customers. I am very satisfied with the work and would like to express my sincere thanks. Lydia Dechant

Overall, we’re happy with how our master bathroom turned out with Apex. We came to them after originally hiring the wrong person for the job, so they were stepping into a project that already needed to be corrected. Our first meeting with them was great and gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. The biggest weakness throughout the process was communication. We signed with a verbal estimate of a 45- 60-day timeline, and shortly afterward, the salesperson we had been working with left the company. We were notified by email, but after I replied, things seemed to get lost in the shuffle, and there wasn’t much of a handoff. From there, we had several instances where messages went unanswered, we had to follow up for updates, or we were told someone would get back to us and then didn’t hear anything. By the 60-day mark, we still didn’t have a start date. After speaking later with one of the owners, it sounded like closer to 90 days may have been a more realistic timeline. If that had been communicated upfront, I think the wait would have been much easier to plan around. The lack of communication was honestly more frustrating than the delay itself. Once the project actually started, though, the experience improved quite a bit. Castro, who rebuilt the shower and handled the tile work, was easily one of the project's highlights. He was hardworking, thorough, professional, and had a great attitude throughout the job. It was obvious he cared about the quality of his work and took pride in getting things right. Considering he was working on an area that had already been done wrong once, we really appreciated the care he put into it and were very happy with the finished work. There were still a couple of communication hiccups during construction, but once things got moving, the project was completed within the timeframe we were given. We’re happy with the finished result. Apex helped get our bathroom back on track after a bad experience with someone else, and they did it at what we felt was a reasonable price. Would I use them again? Probably. The work was good, the price was fair, and Castro in particular was excellent to work with. Communication is definitely an area Apex could improve, but in the end they delivered a bathroom we’re happy with, and Castro’s work rebuilding the shower was a big part of that.

APEX installed a walk in shower for me. Told me it would be about a 3 day job and get me in early September. It took the 3 days and was able to get the job done weeks earlier than projected. From being to end everyone I talked to was nice and professional. The price was affordable and the estimate was free and no hard sell involved. I am pleased with the end results.
