I can’t recommend Chris and his team highly enough. Im not aware that we did any work for anyone going by your name. There's also leaves on your trees in the picture you provided and we are located in the south coast of Massachusetts. There are no trees with leaves right now.
Thats also not our aerial lift. Ours is lettered and the plastic underneath is shaped differently. Please remove this review and place it where it needs to be. Feel free to reach out to discuss.

We recently hired Apex Tree Care to remove three large trees from our yard, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding, and I would give them more than five stars if I could.
Right from the beginning, their quote was reasonable and, importantly, accurate. There were no surprises. Three of our trees were growing very close to a stone wall, which was a major concern for us. The team from Apex addressed this immediately, walking us through exactly how they would tackle the removal to protect the wall and clearly explaining our options for the stumps. Their transparency and expertise gave us complete confidence before the work even began.
The crew's execution was flawless. They worked safely and efficiently, but what really impressed us was their willingness to go the extra mile. We wanted to keep some of the larger logs for our fire pit, and without hesitation, they cut the pieces into manageable sizes for us to handle ourselves. It was a small gesture that made a huge difference.
As part of the job, they also cleared away branches that were hanging over our house and even added supports to another tree that needed a little TLC. This showed that they aren't just a "tree removal" company—they are true arborists who care about the health of your property.
Finally, their cleanup was immaculate. You would hardly know such a major job had taken place. They were quick, thorough, and left our yard looking fantastic.
If you need any kind of tree service, I wholeheartedly recommend Apex Tree Care. They are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. We will definitely be calling them for any future needs.

The good:
They're friendly, polite, and professional. They know what they're doing and have the right equipment to do it. The price was reasonable.
The bad:
They left a substantial mess. They didn't clean up any of the millings after they ground the stump. It was a considerable maple tree we had removed. It took me 15 filled yard bags to bag up all the stump millings they left behind. Their proposal stated that they would:
"Dispose of all debris. Stump grindings will be raked into the hole that is created."
Now my understanding of that language means they will fill the hole with millings, and all additional debris will be removed. That's not what happened. They never raked them as the proposal indicates. They left the hole in the ground and all the debris from the stump grinding in a blast radius measuring 30 feet in diameter.
When I inquired about this, he did offer to remove them for an additional charge. He then indicated that the proposal said the stump grinding debris would be left behind. I contend it says nothing of the sort. He stated this is industry standard practice. Well, I've used Mike and Mike out of Acushnet, as well as Professional Tree and Landscape, and neither left stump grinding debris behind. IDK what standards he is referencing, but they're certainly not the standards his competition is using.
This is really too bad. This compromised what would have otherwise been a 5-star transaction. During our discussion, he also indicated, I’m not the first and won’t be the last to complain. Perhaps you should consider changing your language. “Dispose of all debris” has meaning. What you should say is dispose of tree debris. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANUP AND DISPOSAL OF STUMP GRINDING DEBRIS. That has a precise meaning and leaves no room for misinterpretation.
It’s a shame because they did a good job otherwise, and again, polite and professional. However, what sets a mediocre service provider apart from an exceptional one is that they finish what they start, and they finish strong. This does not check that box.
My neighbor across the street needs to have several trees removed. I wonder who he’ll call after having watched me have to clean this up.

I’m truly sorry for the confusion regarding the stump grinding debris from your 40-inch maple tree. Our proposal stated, “Dispose of all debris. Stump grindings will be raked into hole that is created,” which we intended to mean the grindings would be used to fill the hole, with any excess left on-site unless removal was requested. I understand now that this wording was unclear, leading you to expect full removal of the grindings. Your suggestion to explicitly state that customers are responsible for stump grinding debris cleanup is valuable, and we’re actively revising our proposals to ensure greater clarity. While we appreciate your perspective, we believe feedback should focus on the service provided by our team to best reflect your experience with us, not promoting other companies while being simultaneously associated and aware of slander that has come from them. It raises an alarm for continued harassment and slander.
During our on-site discussion, I mentioned the mound of material a stump of this size with sprawling roots would produce, but I regret that this didn’t fully prepare you for the significant cleanup involved, spanning a 30-foot radius. When we spoke, I offered a partial refund and additional assistance to ensure your satisfaction, but I understand you chose to handle the cleanup yourself. I’m sorry we couldn’t reach a resolution that met your expectations, and this negative interaction has caused me considerable distress, as we strive to leave every customer fully satisfied.
In our conversation, I noted that you’re “not the first and won’t be the last” to be surprised by the volume of grindings. What I meant was that some customers, in an effort to save on costs, opt out of debris removal services, only to later find the cleanup more challenging than anticipated. I regret that this came across differently and contributed to the misunderstanding.

If you ever need any tree work done Call Chris @ APEX Tree Care these guys did such an AWSOMELY AMAZING JOB took down 1 whole big huge tree and trim another one both are old as anything and one was mostly dead the other one had so many dead branch they were dangerous, but they got them down with no problem
