Had great service with Apple A/C. Called and they were able to come out same day. Tech was courteous and efficient.
Apple Air has always been great and Jordan raised the bar even further. The entire company is fast, fair, no pressure, and always kind. Prices are reasonable and service is exceptional! We woke up to a house 5 degrees warmer than the thermostat was set to. I called for service and Jordan was out within an hour. Thank you Jordan for getting us cool again!
John Wilson is a top notch representative for Apple - we had a long-time problem with the condensation pipe from our AC: he listens, thinks, acts, and thanks!
Service technician was excellent. He was very friendly, informative and thorough.
Amazing service and the staff is extremely friendly. Our AC was very old and they had to keep coming back to check back on it until it was completely fix. Higly recommended.
Jordan was our technician. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He went step by step showing my husband what he was doing. He carried on a pleasant conversation while not skipping a beat. He was very thorough. He knew immediately what the problem was. Highy recommend Apple Air and Jordan.
John came by and cleared the drain line, tested all and fixed the issue. Very polite, informative and knowledgeable.
Great customer service very fast
Techs are professional, polite, and call before they arrive which I appreciate. They also found a leak in our system that two other companies failed to locate which was costing us extra money on refills. They recently replaced our old unit that was giving us constant problems and they replaced the interior and…
From the moment I contacted Apple Air, they were professional, courteous and responsive. John arrived on time, explained the repair and completed the work efficiently. My A/C is cooling again and I’m very pleased with the service.
Our York heat pump broke, fortunately, it's under warranty. Steven came out for diagnostic and identified needed parts, which had to come from York. After a week, we're told that parts would be late. They sent out a portable unit free of charge. It's a small unit but it's better than nothing. Much appreciated!…
Apple Air came out to my house when the AC was heating instead of cooling. They arrived quickly and quickly located the problem and resolved the issue. They were reasonably priced and the technician was friendly and professional. I also have a property management company and send them out to the properties I…

I’m never sold on anything I don’t need and he does amazing and honest work. I’ve been with Apple for years and continue to do so. Thanks Sayd! Had a recent service call with…
John Lopez at Apple AC is AMAZING!! My Mom was having AC issues so we called Del Air (who installed her A/C units 11 years ago). Del Air came out and within minutes showed us pictures of mold and corrosion around the wires. Del Air said both units need to be replaced and would cost between $25,000 - $40,000.…
Tom was our technician. He was on-time, professional and courteous. He did a thorough job and didn't try to sell a new unit. Our system is old, but stable and reliable. He acknowledged that as true. Tom is a man who has a great work ethic and represents Apple Air very well. Apple was recommended by more than one…
Tom was professional, did a great job and was a pleasure to be around. He showed up promptly and solved our problem quickly. He had our system pumping out cool air in less than an hour! Apple has been our A/C company for several years and will get the call next time too.
Tom was very helpful and friendly.
The office staff of Miranda, Danielle, and John were very accomodating and attentive with me over several phases of repairs to my Heat Pump systems in two houses. Beyond that, Service Manager Brian Deaton and technicians Jose Borrero, Thony Joseph, and Brian Narehood were especially accomodating and efficient in…
Had a great experience with Apple Air. I recently moved into my home and the AC needed some love the house was not cooling effectively and had humidity issues. Nick came out and did a great job and was courteous and professional. Unfortunately, while the updates helped we hadn't gotten to the end of the road fixing…
Randy, the tech was great. He explained every step of the diagnostic and repair process. Fast service as well with no hidden cost.
I have been using Apple since opening our small business; they have always been professional, responsive and communicative.
We cannot say enough good things about Apple Air; the owner and crew were all top notice. We had a catastrophic failure of our AC unit over the weekend, and Apple Air replaced our unit and we couldn't be happier. The crew was attentive, polite and paid attention to detail during the installation. We highly recommend Apple Air.
I’ve used Apple for AC maintenance for three years. I have three older units which I’m trying to get as much life from as I can. Apple is always fast, knowledgeable and, most important, honest and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for AC service.
The technician Tom was extremely polite, courteous and professional. He investigated the fault and explained clearly the options for repair.
On 12 5 25 Our Heat / AC unit was not working, Apple sent their technician Nick to fix the problem, Nick quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty circuit board and quickly went to get one, he returned and replaced the board without delay and had us back up and running before lunch, he tested all phases of…
We had a leak in our AC unit so I called Apple Air (who is our AC service company) and they had someone out that day. He fixed the issue and the charge was reasonable....just the usual service fee and time spent. No extra charge just because it was "same day". We will continue to use Apple Air as our AC company.…
There’s a running theme of it takes at least 2 visits to get things right when dealing with Apple Air. We continue to have issues with our AC Unit. It’s 2 years new. Improper Air Flow, Sensors going Bad, Fuses blowing, and Astronomical Light Bills due to Heat and AC running simultaneously (which they reimbursed us for).
Brian was our technician. He was terrific. Called before coming. Totally professional!!!
Brian was fantastic. He was very skilled and experienced. I would definitely recommend this company. Diagnosed the problem very effectively and resolved my issues with the AC highly recommended.
Our AC stopped working on a Sunday evening. We called Apple and within minutes the on call technician, Randy called us back. He gave us an estimated ETA and called again to confirm his arrival time. Kyle is a great technician. Very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Thank you for having such a great team member!
Very professional and courteous. Did excellent work, fast and precise. My A/C works better now than it did new! Will definitely be using them again for future maintenance and repairs if needed.
Apple Air and Kyle exceeded my expectations by scheduling a technician to fix my issue within the day. As a result, we did not have to suffer sleeping in a warm house overnight.
Very honest company will fix only what is needed, not sell you on more. Impressive.

The appointment pricing a great and the schedule is flexible. The tech was Charles. Always extremely happy with the people and services provided! They are prompt, friendly, and helpful. Even when it’s peak time and you’re thinking it’ll take them a while to get to you. Highly recommend!
From the minute I “walked off the street “ and into the shop I was greeted warmly and professionally. From that point on my concerns were addressed and taken care of. From the office to the tech that came out. Apple Air has my business.
10/06/23 update: Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend. Quick to come out, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced.
We purchased our home in 2021 and elected to use Apple AC as they installed the current Trane system in 2015. Our system recently failed so we scheduled Apple to investigate. The technician Brian Narehood, determined that the blower motor had failed and arranged to order one from Trane. After some delays due…
Unfortunately I am here to give negative feedback. My father, who passed in 2019, has been using Apple Air for, what feels like, the last 15yrs or so. He’s been happy with their services. Since his passing I have taken over the property and dealing with things. They were good up until the last 6-8 Months. I’ve had…
I've used Apple for over ten years. The quality of service has remained high, professional, reasonably priced. I highly recommend Apple A/C without qualification.

After the hurricane, the ac wouldn’t come back on fully, hotter in my house than outside!! We are very pleased with the service that we received from Apple Air Conditioning & Heating. The technician arrived on time, provided us with a cost estimate before starting the work, performed the necessary work and completed the work within the estimated work time and cost.

We were super pleased with our service from Apple Air. Our air conditioning went out right in the middle of summer on the weekend. We called them first thing Saturday morning and they came within 2 hours of our phone call and it was fixed an hour later. Carlos was super professional and efficient. We'll definitely be using Apple Air again!
Great company
Juan was efficient, courteous, and friendly. He not only fixed my a/c, but he also explained what he was going to do, and answered all my questions.
Very friendly. Also very efficient. Always keep me informed on what is going on with my unit. Very prompt.
Juan was prompt and courteous, required weekend diagnostic - faulty breaker within a/c system which will require electrician to fix.
Pedro was great!! He explained to me exactly what he was doing. Explained what could have caused the compressor to go out besides the dead lizards. He was not bothered by my presence he answered all my questions . And I was so happy that he had the part. He also told me that I should not be using bleach anymore in…

Technician took the time to explain how to better maintain the system to avoid future issues. Company very responsive and the only AC company I have dealt with in the area that did not feel like they were trying to nickel and dime you.

This is the 3rd time I have used Apple AC for work on my old system and they have always been prompt and professional, getting the job done and doing it right.
I live in a "no mans land" for service calls and they took my request without hesitation. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about their profession. Cost was definitely a concern for me and they were very honest about the repairs needed at my home. Others may have pushed to replace because my unit is…

Had air handler/condenser installed by Apple about 6 years ago, and continue to use them for maintenance & repair. Today I had a repair visit from Tech Chris who quickly found the problem, fixed it, and gave me tips on how to regularly maintain the system to avoid future repairs (clogged drain line). Excellent tech and staff, highly recommended.

Responsive and professional. Sometimes hard to schedule.
Had a problem with our AC. They said a tech would be out between 12-4pm and called around 3pm to say the technician was on his way. When Chad arrived he quickly diagnosed the issue and had us working again in a few minutes. I would 100% recommend them and plan on using them again if needed!
