Our Apple Air Service technician, Randy, was amazing and the service call was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had! Randy was very thorough and solved our issue within 2 hours of calling on a Saturday morning…very thankful to have cold air again!!!

Apple Air does a great job. Had a blower motor go out and they fixed it within 2 days. Technicians were knowledgable and friendly.
10/06/23 update: Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend. Quick to come out, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced.
I had an emergency outage over the weekend and Sayd made it out the same day, within a few hours. Will definitely use Apple air again if/when needed.
Very nice and professional
After hours tech was very helpful and pleasant. He walked me through some steps to rule out possible issues. The tech that came to the house the next day was top notch, knowledgeable and pleasant.
Apple has replaced total hvac units for me and handled emergency repairs with the rare professionalism and courtesy that is rarely found in todays service market. Top knotch service at a very fair price.
Our AC was leaking and not cooling at our rental house, called for emergency service after hours. Randy Ceballos got to the house at midnight and repaired the unit. Absolute worst! Don’t do what they say they’re going to do. Just forgot to order the part and when I called they weren’t even apologetic. Waited days on them! They have no customer service and everyone that answers the phone is rude!

The bad news is while it took from Mon to Wed to get a diagnosis and then till Friday to get the motor ordered/picked up and replaced, the tech they sent , Charles, was exceptional, explaining the problem, follow up care and maintenance. It’s a tough time of the year to have the AC go out!
