Kyle zeroed in immediately to the reason my heater malfunctioned. He explained the reason, process and cost completely to make certain I was well informed. He is knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Apple is a reputable company. They hire the most qualified and honest employees. I give my highest recommendation for Apple and Kyle.
There’s a running theme of it takes at least 2 visits to get things right when dealing with Apple Air. We continue to have issues with our AC Unit. It’s 2 years new. Improper Air Flow, Sensors going Bad, Fuses blowing, and Astronomical Light Bills due to Heat and AC running simultaneously (which they reimbursed us for).
10/06/23 update: Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend. Quick to come out, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced.
Heating system was blowing cold. Brian Narehood found the problem immediately and fixed it in just a few minutes.
