Apple Air has always been great and Jordan raised the bar even further. The entire company is fast, fair, no pressure, and always kind. Prices are reasonable and service is exceptional! We woke up to a house 5 degrees warmer than the thermostat was set to. I called for service and Jordan was out within an hour. Thank you Jordan for getting us cool again!
The HVAC technician, Jordan provided exceptional service. The service was professional and the price was affordable compared to other AC and Heating companies in the area.
Steven and Justin were timely, professional, polite, informational and cleaned up perfectly after a big job. I appreciated the little details...just saw the base that was put on my previous thermostat that was left out earlier and Steve's signature on the air coil! Nice.
I used Apple Air as a second opinion on my central air issue and I am extremely glad I did. Not only did they fix my problem, they did so at considerable savings compared to the first quote from a different company. I am pleasantly impressed and they will be my first call for any air conditioning issues in the future
Great job and very professional
The Tech was great walked me through the whole process
Incredible service and support from Apple Air Conditioning & Heating. Specifically, Service Tech Tom has performed repair work at my home and business recently and both experiences were fantastic. He communicated easily, explained the issue in clear terms and was professional in every way.
Great service have used them for years! Always been fair on price, quick service calls and and friendly!
Apple Air and Kyle exceeded my expectations by scheduling a technician to fix my issue within the day. As a result, we did not have to suffer sleeping in a warm house overnight.
Brian is very knowledgeable and helpful. It appears we need a new motor for our air handler. Hopefully, that will come in today so he can install it by Wednesday or Thursday of this week.
10/06/23 update: Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend. Quick to come out, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced.
Charles was awesome as always. Thanks!

Did an awesome job, Brian is very knowledgeable and professional
Apple Air-conditioning was very professional. Randy the technician was very through with his diagnosis. The repair was simple, finding it was difficult. I had another company come out and they could not find the problem. When it is time for a new unit I would not hesitate to use Apple Air-conditioning. R. Berger
