Our experience was good beginning w in-house presentation by Jackson Plum, the sales representative. Was informative and a sales call, but not high pressure. Follow up install by Issac was good experience as well. Explained system and its operation, and demonstrated how water was treated w recommendations for ongoing maintenance. The owners Tom and Joe were accessible and responsive. Recommend for water treatment needs tailored to your water from the municipality
