My husband was there for respite care. The staff was very caring and respectable to him. The activities director was fabulous. She kept the community moving! She even had a car show with a picnic. He was comfortable there. We will be there again.

My mom had dementia and was a resident at Arden Courts and the staff members are so kind and compassionate. They strictly specialise in dementia so they are very educated and good at what they do. They are one of the only facilities that we found that has a Nurse on staff and in the building 24 hours a day. Also, it is beautiful outside and has benches, tables with umbrellas and paved walkways for the residents while remaining enclosed for their safety The residents can enjoy being outside and loved ones know they are safe because the staff walks the grounds every 30 min to check on them. The management team, Brittany and Melanie are always available to answer questions or help you in any possible way. We toured 7 memory care units and had bad experiences where my mom was prior to Arden Courts. We found the best equiped place to care for our mom was Arden Courts.

It was clear that the residents are treated with kindness and respect, and the staff truly care about providing quality care. After touring several options, Arden Court stood out to me because of the genuine compassion and positive environment I felt during my visit.

The staff is very nice, easy to work with and are always looking out for the residents. They also get to know the family members making it a more comfortable place to visit. They have a lot of different events to make it fun for both the residents and family.
I should also add it is a very safe environment for the residents to walk around both inside and outside.

This is a great community and home. The residents are free to roam freely and safely inside and outside the secure facility. Regular meals and snacks all day long. The community center provides an engaging entertaining experience. It's a peaceful enjoyable lifestyle for such a difficult situation.

I have been very pleased the care my loved one has received at Arden Courts Sterling Heights. It very clean and the residents are treated well and with respect. The staff greets residents by name when passing in the hallway and such. There are activities every day. A big plus is the beautiful courtyard that the residents have access to when is weather is appropriate. I have been very pleased with my choice of Arden Courts.
