They have great people ,one comes out and looks it over and the technician comes and sprays with even more knowledge and explains everything that should be done .
Will Garcia from Arrow was exceptional. Highly recommend him and his company. Always was pleasant and professional. Solved many issues for us that have made us comfortable knowing the pests under our home are no longer damaging my home. Will always was in communication and has done the company proud. Thanks so much…

Mikey was very informative regarding the pest control and things for me to be aware of that I had not heard about before. I really appreciate the time and effort that he spent with me to explain things thoroughly. Also, he brought to my attention the air conditioning ducks on the house and the back building where…
I just wanted to express how much I appreciate my technician Mikey. Originally my termite technician but recently did my pest control as well. He took his time to sweep webs and wasps nests from my home, treated my full exterior without splashing my windows, and helped me keep my pets safe while treating the inside.…
Always professional and very informative. Have not had a pest or rodent problem since receiving the service. This company keeps you free from the little problems around and inside your house.
Danny’s communication is critical for me to continue business with Arrow . It is because of Danny’s excellent quality of work is the reason I use Arrow Pest Control services . I hope Arrow appreciates him as an employee and rewards him appropriately. Danny is always reliable and easy to communicate with . He does an amazing job and very thorough !!!
Ron was professional, thorough, and friendly as always.
If could give 10 stars I would! Danny is very professional and knows what is he doing. He always has a smile on his face. Which makes you feel like he likes his job and not doing it just because he has to for the money. I highly recommend him and his company to anyone needing services!
Again I had Danny as my service technician. He is great and very thorough and pleasant to work with.
Very good so far . Our tech is great
We've had Danny as our Pest Control Technician for several years now and we are super happy with his professionalism and outstanding service. One of the things that I like the most about Danny is that he stays in touch with us to let us know when our appointments is and on that day, he is very considerate by letting…
Danny is always the best!!
Michael did a fine job dealing with my little black ant roommates. He is knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Arrow and Michael for good work.
The service technician is friendly and appears to be very thorough. My only issue is that I have is we are only in Florida for five months and we generally only see the technician for one visit. He comes after we are gone in the spring. I would appreciate it if he could be scheduled for his visit while we are there between December and April.
Very good service.
We are highly satisfied with the service provided. Thank you!
Danny Hernandez has gone above and beyond at the Lakeland SDA Food Pantry. He always calls to set a time and he is always punctual. He is very knowledgable about pests that are attracted to our food pantry. Very satisfied with Danny and Arrow.

I texted Dan, from Arrow. And he came out with an hour to take care of the ants. Highly recommend Dan. Great service 🌟

Danny Hernandez does an absolutely incredible job treating my home. He takes time to make sure that everything is perfect and the treatment is neat and clean and we remain pest free. I cannot thank Danny enough for his quality of work.

I love Arrow Environmental and Danny is great! My landlord had a pest service coming out once a month. When I moved in, I called Arrow because I noticed wasp's nests that the old pest service had not removed. Danny came out and found huge wasps nests from around my house that he promptly removed. I'm so glad I…
The guy was great and professional. I appreciate everything he does. Thank you!
The representative was very pleasant to work with.
Freddy with Arrow Environmental Services is fantastic!! He is always on time, hard working and very thorough! We have never had any issues since Freddy has been treating our property in Riverview! Thank you for a job well done, Freddy!
He spent about 10 mins spraying the house, which is about right, but he did not come to the door and ask if we have any issues inside (as they have in the past) He just just got in his truck and drove off before I could flag himm rated. 3* I left my original review, now I want to correct it. It turns out our…
Absolute headache, finally canceling after the 5th mistake on billing/services. Don’t expect anyone at this company to know what’s going on. They were good a year ago, not sure what happened. When we started adding on additional services that’s when things took a downward turn. We have many examples of poor communication and lack of customer service.
Both representatives Ron & Justin were very friendly and professional. They were very knowledgeable about all your products and services that you provide. They arrived on time and took there time and did a good job. I would definitely refer Arrow EPA to all my friends and family.
Been using them for about 5 years, no complaints.
Everyone that I've interacted with from Technicians to Management are Professionals.
Dependable quality services .
Arrow of Lakeland was extremely responsive and thorough. Service person was very knowledgeable and attentive to concerns.
Love this company, they keep me up to date on service and are very professional.
I just relocated here from Phoenix.. I can not say enough about the service I have received from this company… especially my bug guy Ron.. I have never lived with any kind of bugs.. anyway.. I rented a uhaul trailer and I guess it had German roaches in it from the last renter.. Yes they got into all my boxes… but…
VERY POLITE, AND PROMPT. BOTH EMPLOYEES, AFTER CODY CAME TO CHECK OUT OUR ISSUES, WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE NEEDING BUG ISSUES TAKEN CARE OF!
Cory was super friendly and informative. There was a small confusion/delay on the scheduling side but nonetheless, Arrow came through. Jonathan the exterminator was very helpful and kind! He made sure every inch of my home (inside/outside) was treated. So far so good... it’s been 3 days and we have not seen a roach, PRAYING it stays this way!
Great experience. Showed up on time, technicians were great, very friendly, and knowledgeable.
