They have great people ,one comes out and looks it over and the technician comes and sprays with even more knowledge and explains everything that should be done .
Communication was great. Service was very professional.
Will Garcia from Arrow was exceptional. Highly recommend him and his company. Always was pleasant and professional. Solved many issues for us that have made us comfortable knowing the pests under our home are no longer damaging my home. Will always was in communication and has done the company proud. Thanks so much…

Danny Hernandez does a very thorough job. Always polite and friendly
Our inspector Marly was absolutely amazing. She was prompt, kind, respectful, and thorough. She answered every question we had in great detail. It was so nice to just have someone who was straight to the point and cared enough to explain what we didn’t understand!
I want to acknowledge the 5-star service I have received with Mikey Whitaker who works for Arrow Environmental Services. He has trapped three wildlife creatures since I paid for his services. He is professional, knowledgeable, and gets the job done!
Alsean was knowledgeable and professional!
I have to give 5 stars though the service hasn't started yet the inspector Marly was thorough and very informative. I needed my father's home inspected for termites and she took her time and had patience for all of our questions. We felt she was professional and well experienced. She contacted us prior to arrival…
Wow Daniel Hernandez is an exceptional Arrow employee. Arrow services is always on time and does a great job. I highly recommend these services by this company and Daniel.
Absolute headache, finally canceling after the 5th mistake on billing/services. Don’t expect anyone at this company to know what’s going on. They were good a year ago, not sure what happened. When we started adding on additional services that’s when things took a downward turn. We have many examples of poor communication and lack of customer service.
Both representatives Ron & Justin were very friendly and professional. They were very knowledgeable about all your products and services that you provide. They arrived on time and took there time and did a good job. I would definitely refer Arrow EPA to all my friends and family.
False Advertising, poor customer service, Inadequate training of employees are just a few things I encountered when using Arrow Pest Control. Would not recommend or ever use again. Save your money and time.
