I called with what I thought might be a problem in the future. They were prompt in sending a technician out to check on it. He explained the process in a way I could understand. I am 85 years old and he was so polite and friendly.
Cost of service is great! Customer service is great & super helpful, they’re very thorough & friendly! We’ve used them in the past and had great service! The price was for termite bates & yearly inspection plus pest control.
We have fantastic service from Tony at Arrow. He is on time, and handles everything for us quickly and effectively. I highly recommend Tony and Arrow for pest control.
Only place I know that the customer is wrong. Used to have good service then I had a problem and they did not want to deal with it They rather me cancel my service after three years.
Arrow Pest Control is the best pest control company I’ve ever used. I highly recommend them to anybody needing pest control services very professional and always response to questions or needs that I may have.

Poor customer service , not showing up on time this is fourth time calling but no response in all very poor service won’t recommend
