The company was professional, kind, responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable. Their pricing was more than fair and reasonable. The results speak for themselves. 5/5 stars. Would definitely use again and recommend without hesitation.
Been dealing with Jim jr. with the rug pick up and delivery service for many years. Always nice and professional.
Arslanian Brothers carpeting are always reasonable and so pleasant to deal with
Excellent customer service. We have had two rugs cleaned, nothing but professional service.
Great service with enormous assistance in putting things back where they were and so pleasant.
Quick and friendly service. Crystal clear pricing and creative solutions for saving money. We had a damaged area rug that was repaired, cleaned, and sanitized before drop off. We’ll call them again come spring.
Had a mishap on a rug, tried to spot clean it with a Bissell to no avail. Finally told myself, and I'm an Interior Designer at Design Curations, "let the experts handle this!" Called Arslanian Bros and although a tad higher, just a smidge, than others, they pick up, clean thoroughly, and bring back unroll your…
I take all my area rugs to Arslanian Bros. They do excellent work. I get my rugs cleaned, disinfected and scotch guarded.
Prompt arrival, conscientious care for details & thoroughness, every item CLEAN!
I have used this company five times now and have never been disappointed. They come when they say they will. They do a good job cleaning and they are very professional.
Jeff and London are the best. Have used them many times and will continue to use them
Delivery men were friendly, on time and helpful.
The Arslanian family business is outstanding! Cliff Arslanian himself was personally involved in the work during our cleaning. Excellent service and absolutely top notch. So refreshing to deal with a family business who takes so much pride in their family name and the exceptional service they provide!
As always, the Arslanian team does not disappoint. Had the house refreshed for the upcoming holidays. Also, sent out area rugs for cleaning and repair. They came back BEAUTIFUL. The amount of detail Henry, Jr. put into the restoration is incredible. Thank you.
I love Arsalanian. I have used them for Asian carpets, laid carpet and upholstery for at least 25 years. Always friendly, timely, professional and excellent. Couldn’t say enough good about their service & responsiveness.
Work was performed very well. They arrived on or before scheduled time for all work. No problems and work was completed in a professional manner.
I have used Arslanian Bros. for years. I am always pleasantly surprised at their professionalism and quality of their work.
Had some stains and they got rid of them all. Looks brand new!
Happy with the professionalism during initial phone conversation, pick up and drop off of 9x12 oriental rug. My expectations were met. I've been using Arslanian brothers for over 25 years
Very very good job. Carpet looks brand new!
We’ve counted on Arslanian for twenty-five years and they’ve never disappointed. Always professional, courteous and on time.
Dropped off a large area rug to have it cleaned and deodorized from residual dog accidents and stank. Rug was ready for pickup in 5 days, cleaned and wrapped. Staff members helped to unload and then load the rug onto the roof of my car at pickup. Also hired them to do a whole house carpet cleaning and dog…
Arslanian stands alone when it comes to carpet cleaning in the Cleveland area. I am a long time customer and have never been disappointed - I am always amazed at how clean they get my carpets. I highly recommend them. And I greatly appreciate how they treat me as a customer.

The rug looks like new. Thank you so much.
Guys came out on time and did a great job getting kid's marker drawings out of both couch and ottoman!
Arslanian is professional and the quality is amazing. Ask for Cliff, he does an outstanding job. I had carpet, tile, and furniture cleaned. Everything looks fresh and new again.
Have used Arslanian for more than 20 years - they’re the best!
would only ever use Arslanian Brothers.
Perfect job
The craftsmanship, value, and customer service offered at Arslanian is unparalleled!
OUTSTANDING!!
The carpet cleaning was generally good, but there was no attempt to clean spots. The area rug cleaning was excellent, but one area rug was not laid straight in the space, so we had to move the furniture and straighten it ourselves.
As always, great service! Pete and Linda Hull
Very nice people
I have a large 12'x12 Cotton rug in my garden room, and getting any spots removed from this large rug is almost impossible . . . but they manage to do it, even if it takes more than once! If at first they don't remove the spot, they do it the next time they return. They do a great job cleaning oriental rugs and…
