Excellent customer service. We have had two rugs cleaned, nothing but professional service.
Great service with enormous assistance in putting things back where they were and so pleasant.
Quick and friendly service. Crystal clear pricing and creative solutions for saving money. We had a damaged area rug that was repaired, cleaned, and sanitized before drop off. We’ll call them again come spring.
Had a mishap on a rug, tried to spot clean it with a Bissell to no avail. Finally told myself, and I'm an Interior Designer at Design Curations, "let the experts handle this!" Called Arslanian Bros and although a tad higher, just a smidge, than others, they pick up, clean thoroughly, and bring back unroll your…

The Arslanian family business is outstanding! Cliff Arslanian himself was personally involved in the work during our cleaning. Excellent service and absolutely top notch. So refreshing to deal with a family business who takes so much pride in their family name and the exceptional service they provide!
As always, the Arslanian team does not disappoint. Had the house refreshed for the upcoming holidays. Also, sent out area rugs for cleaning and repair. They came back BEAUTIFUL. The amount of detail Henry, Jr. put into the restoration is incredible. Thank you.

We’ve counted on Arslanian for twenty-five years and they’ve never disappointed. Always professional, courteous and on time.
Dropped off a large area rug to have it cleaned and deodorized from residual dog accidents and stank. Rug was ready for pickup in 5 days, cleaned and wrapped. Staff members helped to unload and then load the rug onto the roof of my car at pickup. Also hired them to do a whole house carpet cleaning and dog…

The craftsmanship, value, and customer service offered at Arslanian is unparalleled!
OUTSTANDING!!
The carpet cleaning was generally good, but there was no attempt to clean spots. The area rug cleaning was excellent, but one area rug was not laid straight in the space, so we had to move the furniture and straighten it ourselves.
As always, great service! Pete and Linda Hull

We've been using Arslanian Bros. since we moved back to Cleveland in 1989. In that time, we've had three dogs who lived long enough to pee all over!
