We had an area rug and a runner cleaned and are so happy with the results. Both rugs look REALLY clean.
Arslanian Brothers cleaned carpet in 3 rooms for me. A couple spots appeared after the carpet dried. I reached out to them. They were very understanding and came back out and addressed the issue in a very timely manner. Highly recommend. Very professional and friendly.
This is my first experience using Arslanian Brothers. The price was competitive and their service excellent. Matt and Sam were professional, personable and efficient. Highly recommend!
Your crew just did my carpet cleaning this morning. So friendly and professional as always. I moved all of the furniture I could, but ran out of room. The crew shuffled stuff around to go above and beyond in the traffic paths that I wasn't worried about. They also cleaned my wool Karastan Persian rug that I…
The company was professional, kind, responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable. Their pricing was more than fair and reasonable. The results speak for themselves. 5/5 stars. Would definitely use again and recommend without hesitation.
We had not had our carpeting cleaned in four years. Life with three kitty cats can be messy. We have been using Arslanian for many years. We have used Arslanian Bros for our carpet cleaning needs for over 25 years. This time we had a large coffee spill on a light colored burber carpet. Jeff and his Son came out and did the usual outstanding job of cleaning the carpet. However the coffee stain was not completely gone. 1 phone call and they came back a…
I had Arslenian out last week. After 3 dogs and many wintery years and rainy springs my carpet was dirty. They looked brand new after they came. I have carpet that hides a lot but after the cleaning I could tell howl dirty they were. My basement steps are a burber and they came out so nice. This cleaning was long overdue and I am so happy I scheduled it.
All of the above and did all I asked them to do.
They did a fantastic job.
Great service with enormous assistance in putting things back where they were and so pleasant.
We just had our carpets cleaned by Arslanian Brothers and I would say hands-down they are far superior to their competitors. The two gentlemen that came over were extremely friendly, respectful, and very thorough with their work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I had a bedroom and couch in an apartment building. They got me scheduled quick, were very nice to work with, and did a thorough job in quick time.

Always a pleasure to call a business that still answers the phone! Great customer service and always happy with the work!!!
Jeff and his son Jeff were amazing…kind, courteous and professional. We’ve used them before for oriental rugs, but never at home. Our carpets were spotless as was our older sofa. They get a A++++. Thank you so much. And our dog loved them too!
Arslanian brothers did a great job getting some stains out of our very expensive wool rug.

The Arslanian family business is outstanding! Cliff Arslanian himself was personally involved in the work during our cleaning. Excellent service and absolutely top notch. So refreshing to deal with a family business who takes so much pride in their family name and the exceptional service they provide!
As always, the Arslanian team does not disappoint. Had the house refreshed for the upcoming holidays. Also, sent out area rugs for cleaning and repair. They came back BEAUTIFUL. The amount of detail Henry, Jr. put into the restoration is incredible. Thank you.
The 2 techs were knowledgeable and took pride in their work. Stains were removed i never thought would be possible. Carpets are perfect. Thank you.
Al Arslanian did a terrific job as always.
I love Arsalanian. I have used them for Asian carpets, laid carpet and upholstery for at least 25 years. Always friendly, timely, professional and excellent. Couldn’t say enough good about their service & responsiveness.

We had a bad water stain and they were able to get it out. Left our house without a trace except for clean carpet
I didn't know how dirty it was until they cleaned it They are always very nice. And they don't push me to use them next year but I always do.
Before I got my carpet cleaned by Arslanian Bros, it was disgusting, yes, that's how I'd describe it. The carpet is 15 yrs old, and at this time I couldn't afford new flooring. So Arslanian Bros was recommended to me. They did a fantastic job. I'm very happy with the result. I didn't expect a miracle but their cleaning was close to it! Many thanks!
The cleaners showed up when they were supposed to and did a good job
The gentlemen were timely, kind and efficient! My carpets look great! Thank you!!
Carpets look great as usual.
Arslanian stands alone when it comes to carpet cleaning in the Cleveland area. I am a long time customer and have never been disappointed - I am always amazed at how clean they get my carpets. I highly recommend them. And I greatly appreciate how they treat me as a customer.

I love Arslanian!!! The guys were on time & excellent listeners! They gave me advice, heard my concerns, & did a great job! My carpet looks fabulous!!! Thank you, Arslanian!!!
Everything is nice and clean. My only issue is that I don't think enough water was extracted. It took a full 48 hours to dry even with multiple fans running everywhere.
Workers were right on time and got to work w carpet! The carpet looks great
Had two chairs, couch and carpet cleaned everything looks great! Would highly recommend.

I had little hope for my doggie-damaged carpets to be brought back to life, but decided it was worth a try. Oh yes it was! They looked like new after the “Bro’s” did their thing. Every thumb up.
The men who came were fast, efficient, and got a result I would not have thought possible. This co is the best! This room the cleaned including the rug and upholstery. High traffic from deck.
Arslanian Bros. Is always dependable, professional and a reliable carpet cleaning service I use!
The carpet cleaning was generally good, but there was no attempt to clean spots. The area rug cleaning was excellent, but one area rug was not laid straight in the space, so we had to move the furniture and straighten it ourselves.
As always, great service! Pete and Linda Hull
Great service.
I have a large 12'x12 Cotton rug in my garden room, and getting any spots removed from this large rug is almost impossible . . . but they manage to do it, even if it takes more than once! I have blush colored carpet and high traffic, and am very happy with the results of the steam cleaning and scotch guard application. The gentlemen who treated our carpets are professional, friendly, super efficient, and very knowledgeable. I’ve tried all the companies out there before Arselanian Bros., without the outstanding results I have with them.

Arslanian Bros provides a level of customer-centric, quality, trusted service that is altogether too hard to find these days. I appreciate it hugely. VERY PLEASED WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!
Surprised and delighted with the results, considering the condition and age of the large area rug. Plus a very fair price.
I've used Arslanian Bros many times and they always do a wonderful job. This morning I noticed my cat had been spraying all around the house and called them. They are there now cleaning and deodorizing so that my daughter's birthday is not smelly!
Their Amazing. Removed stains no earthly carpet cleaning service would have been able to remove!
They somehow seem to do their magic on 20 year old carpet abused by pets and food stains.
I am always very happy with this company! They are excellent to work with and very professional. My carpets look amazing! Thank you Nick!
Needed an expensive oriental rug cleaned - they picked it up when they said they would, called me to say that the fringe on the rug was worn and ragged and they would replace it. The quote was very reasonable and the fringe looks wonderful. They brought it back when they said they would. Very pleased.
Highly recommended! Our carpets were riddled with pet stains. After Arslanian Bros. did the steam clean the carpets looked brand new. Even the 30 year old carpets looked amazingly much better than expected. Very professional, prompt and efficient. Maybe not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I will…

I have been an Arslanian customer since 2007 when they steam cleaned carpeting at my school so well that parents believed it was brand new. Arslanian is the only service I use at my home as well. They have never disappointed me! And for one who is super picky, that is saying a lot!
Excellent service! They were able to give me a quick appointment (within one week) and did a great job! On time, courteous and efficient!
