The company was professional, kind, responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable. Their pricing was more than fair and reasonable. The results speak for themselves. 5/5 stars. Would definitely use again and recommend without hesitation.
After learning that Arslanian Brothers was so close to my house in Shaker and that rug cleaning was *not* cost prohibitive, I had 9 "oriental" rugs cleaned (and some repaired) this summer. The staff is fantastic and they are people of their word. I cannot recommend them more highly. Total game changer for me. Hats…

I have used this company five times now and have never been disappointed. They come when they say they will. They do a good job cleaning and they are very professional.
Great experience! On time, professional, they were meticulous, efficient with their time, respectful of our things. We've used AB for years and we have always gotten the same great service. My carpet looks like new. Thank you AB!

The Arslanian team was great! They called to let me know their arrival time. They did the job quickly and efficiently. They are definitely my "go to" carpet cleaning company.
These folks are professional. Period. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.
The Arslanian family business is outstanding! Cliff Arslanian himself was personally involved in the work during our cleaning. Excellent service and absolutely top notch. So refreshing to deal with a family business who takes so much pride in their family name and the exceptional service they provide!
As always, the Arslanian team does not disappoint. Had the house refreshed for the upcoming holidays. Also, sent out area rugs for cleaning and repair. They came back BEAUTIFUL. The amount of detail Henry, Jr. put into the restoration is incredible. Thank you.
The two gentlemen that came out could not have been better. I could not have been happier and would love to have them back next year.
