Great service with enormous assistance in putting things back where they were and so pleasant.
I had a bedroom and couch in an apartment building. They got me scheduled quick, were very nice to work with, and did a thorough job in quick time.
Great teamwork and they are kind, professional and show up on time. The carpets and couch look and smell so clean, We have used this company for years and are never disappointed.
Jeff and son were great. They were in, did the job and were out. Jeff Sr. answered my questions and let me know next steps regarding the drying of the furniture. Furniture looks fresh.
they did a great job on my carpeting . It is 15 yrs old but looks brand new. In and Out. fast workers.
We had upholstery cleaning done and Tony and his colleague were great. They were not only friendly but they are really good at what they do. They made a 10 year old chair look almost new and our newer furniture looks as good as it did when delivered. The only disappointment is for our dog - her "bed" (the couch!) is…

I love Arsalanian. I have used them for Asian carpets, laid carpet and upholstery for at least 25 years. Always friendly, timely, professional and excellent. Couldn’t say enough good about their service & responsiveness.
Work was performed very well. They arrived on or before scheduled time for all work. No problems and work was completed in a professional manner.

I love Arslanian!!! The guys were on time & excellent listeners! They gave me advice, heard my concerns, & did a great job! My carpet looks fabulous!!! Thank you, Arslanian!!!
Everything is nice and clean. My only issue is that I don't think enough water was extracted. It took a full 48 hours to dry even with multiple fans running everywhere.
Had two chairs, couch and carpet cleaned everything looks great! Would highly recommend.
Guys came out on time and did a great job getting kid's marker drawings out of both couch and ottoman!
Arslanian is professional and the quality is amazing. Ask for Cliff, he does an outstanding job. I had carpet, tile, and furniture cleaned. Everything looks fresh and new again.

They were very professional and explained what stains might not come out of our white chairs. Nonetheless, our expectations were exceeded.

Always do a great job.
I've been using Arslanian Bros. for many years. Always professional and do a great job cleaning furniture, area rugs, and carpet.
These folks were magicians with my cream colored chairs. I had all but ruined them trying to clean them myself and had thought the only solution would be to re-upholster them. I am so happy they were able to bring them back to life and just in time for our daughter's bridal shower.
They are terrific.
They were very professional and did an excellent job!!
Great job. Friendly, efficient and fast
Arrived on time . Courteous. Clean. The furniture looks like new! A little scotch guard on the high use pieces, a night of drying. All of the pieces are dry and beautiful.
Arslanian Bros provides a level of customer-centric, quality, trusted service that is altogether too hard to find these days. I appreciate it hugely. Whether we send area rugs to the shop for cleaning, or Tony and Matt bring the van to our house to clean wall-to-wall carpet and upholstered furniture, Arslanian is…
Best experience every time! Won’t use anyone else. Thank you!
Guys were super good and respectful. I will use again!! Thanks Susan
The two person crew led by Jeff were courteous, professional and efficient. We'd welcome Arslanian Bros. back when we next need our carpets cleaned.
I was really pleased with service
Excellent professional service.
We've been using Arslanian Bros. since we moved back to Cleveland in 1989. In that time, we've had three dogs who lived long enough to pee all over! I don't know how many times Jim has come to take our rugs in, and return them, but he has always had a smile, and been willing to turn them around completely, or move…
I’ve been using Arslanian Brothers for years and they have consistently done an excellent job.
They were friendly, efficient, on time and did a nice job. Thank you!
Matt and Anthony were the most professional people to do work in our home. You would have thought they owned the company. They were very positive, professional, explained what they were doing, how to best care for our upholstered furniture. The furniture looked great when they were done. Thank you for such a great…
Highly recommended! Our carpets were riddled with pet stains. After Arslanian Bros. did the steam clean the carpets looked brand new. Even the 30 year old carpets looked amazingly much better than expected. Very professional, prompt and efficient. Maybe not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I will…
The service and response was very good… my one area rug they cleaned didn’t come as clean as I thought it would … not sure if maybe I should have had it professionally cleaned earlier!
I have been an Arslanian customer since 2007 when they steam cleaned carpeting at my school so well that parents believed it was brand new. Arslanian is the only service I use at my home as well. They have never disappointed me! And for one who is super picky, that is saying a lot!
So extremely kind and personable! Our couch had been taken over by our 1 year old bullmastiff and now it looks as great as when we first bought it! They were extremely easy to schedule with and communicated up until they arrived at our house. I was very impressed that they came to Avon Lake, being located in Warrensville Heights. 5 stars all around!
Absolutely great cleaning. My couch and rugs look perfect. They were on time, thorough and professional. Arslanian may cost a bit more but totally worth it.
Came on a different day than scheduled, but it worked out. Friendly, courteous, and efficient. Upholstery is cleaner.
My couch needed to be cleaned of pet vomit. Arslanian said it should be no problem. They were right. The couch was cleaned, Scotch Guarded and de-odorized. The technicians came and went with no fuss. They were super nice and my couch is like new.
All the men were so pleasant and professional. I loved ALL the results especially my 2 large rugs that had fringe and Hank suggested I have them bound……oh boy was he right…..they are gorgeous. One was 9x12. The other 12x25. We are so happy. They made my white carpeted steps, hallway, and 3 bedrooms look…
super job...I wouldn't have anyone other than Arslanian
Using their services yearly, at all homes we’ve owned, with all carpet types, I’ve never been disappointed. The technicians are always on time, polite, professional and do a fantastic job. All this at a great price makes it an unbeatable value. I highly recommend them for carpet and upholstery cleaner.
