Excellent customer service. I was one of those customers today that came in and described what I needed, incorrectly. They built what I asked for and I immediately knew I forgot to mention a key (excuse the pun) piece of information. With no hesitation, they promptly got me what I actually needed in the first place.

I had Assured install a relatively large security camera system at one of our businesses. They did a wonderful job selling us a fantastic camera system. Their techs were highly communicative and thorough. Very pleased with the outcome.

Worked with one of their salesman as I needed a Smart lock installed. I needed them to install and provide the electric 12v strike and wire the other parts I had from my API provider. He said they were not able to do the job but, he seemed like he was more worried about trying to get me to switch to a different API company. All I can say is buyer beware as all they did is waste my time and delay my project.

We've worked with Assured on a number of projects and are always satisfied. Most recently we installed fob/keypad access to each of our entrance doors as well as outside cameras. All are a great addition to help with safety and security in and around our building. The fob/keypad entry is great, we have a few building partners and a lot of groups that use our space, this system allows me to assign access and even control access to what door they come in. We are very pleased with these additions to our building access and security. We are also very pleased with the Assured team, from our rep, Daniel to each technician that helped with installation, they have all been great. Very helpful with questions and solutions when things needed to pivot due to the age of our building and how some of the installation could work. Highly recommend this company and the Brivo (fob/keypad system) and Eagle Eye (cameras) products they install.

I manage a property where Assured Security installed a new access system. The new system, Brivo, is easy to use and the install was great! Very user friendly. They also installed a new camera system that is so much better than what was there before. Simple systems with ease to look through past data.
