Nick was fantastic in ensuring we got the proper service. He was detailed and took time to make sure I knew what to expect before I completed the drop off of our rugs.
Really outstanding service. Reviewed rug value, cleaning cost and issues with cleaning and outcome.
I had my rug cleaned, first time in decades! Also had fringe added to both ends, it’s never had fringe, and had the sides STM? All to stop the wear and tear the rug has experienced, and extend its life. I was a bit anxious, but it turned out beautifully. I’m very impressed by the work and delighted by the…
Mike, as usual, did a great job. He was timely and very thorough. We appreciate his excellent servixe.
The folk here are quite lovely. Deb at the front desk is so genuine and you can easily tell that folk here have a passion for their work. I got to have a little tour as it was my first time there and it's a fantastic facility. I was a bit disappointed though in the end result of my rug, while I wasn't expecting…
Great service at a good price
Very pleasant people, and great results on the cleaning as always. The rugs were all felt, from Kazakhstan, so the process was different, but the result was excellent. Thank you for being in business.!
Atiyeh Bros does such a great job with cleaning area rugs! They are thorough, efficient, courteous, and all for a reasonable price. So glad that this establishment is in my neighborhood!
I brought in 8 area rugs of various sizes to be cleaned. Nick looked them over & seemed very knowledgeable about their origin and condition. Four were handwoven Chinese/Indian Orientals; the others were machine-made American Orientals. Based on their condition, Nick made recommendations about cleaning and repair. I appreciated his expertise.
I took in three 60+ year old tribal rugs for cleaning and also had my carpets cleaned in-home. The rugs came out great, just as they did when I'd had them cleaned by Atiyeh Bros. back in 2016. I was extremely happy the job Mike did cleaning my carpets. In the ten years I've lived in this apartment, I've used three…
These Bros did an amazing job cleaning a few very dirty and old rugs I had purchased. They were able to remove smells, gummy stuff that had hardened into the fibers, blackened areas with who-knows-what, and restore them to beautiful handmade rugs in my home. They also custom create anti-slip mats for underneath…
Good experience. Personable people
I brought in 3 Persian carpets to be cleaned. There were a few pet stains. Atiyeh Bros did a great job. Plus their customer service is awesome. The staff are amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. If you have oriental rugs to be cleaned or freshened up, Atiyeh Bros is the place.
Excellent cleaning and service.
Atiyeh Bros. in Eugene has been caring for our Oriental rugs for over 25 years, cleaning and doing edge repairs beautifully on older rugs when necessary. Greg and Deborah are excellent managers of the shop with professional expertise and timely communication. James and Larry provide advice and clean/do minor repairs…
Atiyeh Bros did a wonderful job cleaning and mending the corner of my rug that was tore. All the staff were very attentive and nice. Thank you!
I found Atiyed Bros. in Eugene to be very knowledgable, professional, and friendly. The area rugs and runners were finished in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. All three looked like new rugs!
We had our 1940s Chinese wool rug cleaned and appraised. The technicians moved our furniture , rolled up the rug and pad and took it for cleaning. Then they sent it to Portland for an appraisal. When they returned it the price was the same as the estimate. The techs were friendly and efficient. The rug looks great…
The staff and services at the Eugene store were great. They did a through assessment of the condition of our carpets that needed cleaning and one for repair. No high pressure, just accurate assessment. The carpets came back exactly as promised and we were happy with the results.
It's always a pleasure to do business with Atiyeh Bros. I bring my area rug there to be cleaned. They are friendly and informative.
I appreciate how carefully and confidently the team handled my rugs. They were kind and I'm happy with how the cleaning turned out!
I've taken my Pakistani rug to Atiyeh Brothers for the last 15 years. It's the only place I trust to take care of it. They've also repaired it once and made a rug pad. I will never go anywhere else.
The good folks at Atiyeh Bros. did a wonderful cleaning job on my two Persian Gabbeh rugs and my on Afghan runner. They also were able to repair a frayed corner on one of the Gabbehs. Both Larry and Nick were very helpful in helping me decide which rug pad was best for each type of rug.
Excellent service! We brought an area rug to be cleaned. A lovely gentleman carried it from the truck for us. The gentlemen inside explained all the cleaning procedures they would use on our rug and let us examine the equipment because we were interested. The service was just as lovely at pick up and the rug looked brand new.
The Atiyeh team are wonderful to work with. I’ve had rugs cleaned and cut down and bound to fit my space. They do a fabulous job. My older rug looks like new again. Their work is excellent.
Always a fabulous experience with Atiyeh Bros. Larry is always so personal yet professional and pleasant. I appreciate the excellent job they always do. Their honesty and years of experience is something I trust when it comes to my rugs. Thank you guys for another beautiful clean run for my home. We appreciate you!
I brought in two area rugs to be cleaned and have pet stains removed. One of the rugs I inherited from my grandparents and the other I purchased; both were from Egypt. The rug which was inherited needed binding repair work and the work was done beautifully. Both rugs came back, looking wonderful, and I am so pleased…
I had 4 rugs cleaned and one of them was also repaired. They are once again beautiful. My mom had used Atiyeh Bros. for years and I will never take these family heirloom rugs anywhere else.
I’ve taken my vintage Persian rugs and Nepalese rugs to Atiyeh for cleaning and repair many times over the last couple decades. Even though I now live 60 miles away I still come back as their work is excellent and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. They are great to work !
We had 2 sheepskin rugs cleaned. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We have had our big living room rugs cleaned a few times and it always looks good as new. Love these guys!
The best when it comes to cleaning Persian rugs
Larry and Nick were great. Rugs look fantastic and they were dirty! Glad to get it all done.
From the front desk, to the back rooms, and those who come to pick up rugs or to clean wall to wall carpeting this is a class act all the way around. They know their business inside and out. However, what really stands out is their care and kindness with their customers. In solving problems with our wool carpets,…
We had our 13x9 area rug cleaned and the pad underneath the rug replaced. I am beyond thrilled with how the rug looks!!!!! We have a new rug. I had never had a rug cleaned in this manner before. I had always just done it myself with a machine or had someone come in and do it. But no more! This is the only way to…
They did a beautiful job cleaning the rug. I also purchased a new pad which was needed. I didn’t get a chance to take a picture before the dining table was placed.
Great customer service from all involved. Technicians & office staff. The area rug looks fantastic!
Atiyeh Bros. always does nice work. We're happy with the cleaning of our carpets and the pickup and drop off schedule.
Love this place! Kind, professional, competent.
Excellent job cleaning and repairing my wool rug, it looks 100% better! Super friendly, helpful and professional people.
Highly recommend Atiyeh Bros! My rug looks beautiful again and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and fabulous.
I had the best experience with Atiyeh Brothers! I had brought my large area rug to a different company first, but they couldn’t get the odor out. I wasn’t sure if I would have to get rid of it, but this wonderful company got it all out and had such amazing attention to the details of the rug! I would definitely recommend Atiyeh Brothers!
I was really impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service this place offered! We had them clean a used and very dirty rug, and service was excellent in every regard.
I usually ignore requests to submit reviews. I make an exception this time because in my experience Atiyeh Brothers was exceptional in every way: pricing is fair, the estimate I received was accurate, service was friendly and efficient, and the quality of cleaning was excellent. Try them before going anywhere else!
This is the only place I’d trust with my family heirloom oriental rug. Great service and helpful staff.
I had two services performed, carpet cleaning on the condo I purchased, and area rug cleaning of a very old wool braided rug. Mike cleaned my carpet professionally and it came out looking great! Cleaning the area rug took a little longer than promised, but it was worth the wait. The colors look brighter than ever…
Such kind and helpful folks! They gave me a great tip on how to hang and no our Kilim Rug from India is beautiful and fresh and we're thrilled to have it back on the wall in our home.
They did an amazing job on my two shag rugs! They look like new! I highly recommend their services and all their staff is so kind. Will definitely use them again in the future!
Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Easy drop-off and pickup. Rugs look fantastic!
Great service at the office, on the phone and in the field. Rugs look great and everyone knew what they were doing and executed extremely well! A good experience all around.
We have used Atiyeh Bros for years. Their knowledge and skills are outstanding. We have a few valuable rugs and they take incredible care of them.
The staff at Atiyeh Bros is knowledgeable and answers your questions with honesty. I have been taking my rugs there for over 10 years. And they always talk to my dog.
I brought 2 handmade rugs in for repair, one from Turkiye, the other from Tunisia. They said the rug I had on the floor for less than 2 years had to be cleaned before they would do the repair, even though I clean it myself. This cost more than the actual repair! They wouldn't accept it being cleaned in my city where…
My carpet looks better than new and the customer service is outstanding!
They did a great job on my rug, super clean, quickly done, reasonable price.
This place has amazing customer service and they go above and beyond for you. Highly recommend them and we will definitely be back again. A customer for life !
I highly recommend Atiyeh Brothers for all of your area rug cleaning needs and repairs. I won't take my rugs anywhere else as this business has shown me what high standards in customer service looks like every, single time I take my rugs in to be cleaned or repaired. The area rug pictured was fraying and…
I dropped off my wool Persian rug to get repaired and cleaned. They did an EXCELLENT job with the repair and if I need a rug repaired, I'll definitely use them again. The first time we got our rug back, it was a little crunchy in spots and there was a little bit of dye bleed: the beautiful reds, oranges, and blues…
