Really outstanding service. Reviewed rug value, cleaning cost and issues with cleaning and outcome.
Great service and great customer service..
I took in three 60+ year old tribal rugs for cleaning and also had my carpets cleaned in-home. The rugs came out great, just as they did when I'd had them cleaned by Atiyeh Bros. back in 2016. I was extremely happy the job Mike did cleaning my carpets. In the ten years I've lived in this apartment, I've used three…
We’ve had carpets cleaned before with Atiyeh Bros. Such friendly and helpful young men to pickup and deliver. Live how beautiful our carpet look
Atiyeh Bros. in Eugene has been caring for our Oriental rugs for over 25 years, cleaning and doing edge repairs beautifully on older rugs when necessary. Atiyeh Bros has always provided high-quality cleaning for my family’s rugs. I recently had an older rug repaired at Atiyeh and they returned it in wonderful shape, practically as new. The staff at the Eugene store is friendly and courteous—they greeted me at the door and hauled my rug from the car to their warehouse for me.
The cleaner's name is Mike, very knowledgeable and friendly. The carpet looked like new when he finished and I am very pleased with Atiyeh Bros. service!
Cody was excellent! He is very knowledgeable and informative. I had a carpet cleaned then I returned and purchased a runner for my hall. Daphne Gilmore
They always do a great job and have it done when they say it will be done.
Couldn't have been better. Carpet looks perfect and the service technician was outstanding.
We had 2 sheepskin rugs cleaned. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We have had our big living room rugs cleaned a few times and it always looks good as new. Love these guys!
Rugs were beautifully cleaned. Expensive but worth it when you have good rugs.
From the front desk, to the back rooms, and those who come to pick up rugs or to clean wall to wall carpeting this is a class act all the way around. They know their business inside and out. However, what really stands out is their care and kindness with their customers. In solving problems with our wool carpets,…
We had an old area rug cleaned. We thought it would need restoration, but the gentleman who helped us didn’t think that was necessary. We were grateful for the honest assessment and great cleaning job!
The only place to take an oriental carpet. Excellent care and knowledge provided by the Eugene cleaning facility. Carpet is almost 70 years old and Atiyeh Brothers has been taking care of it all that time.
Wonder & friendly guys who picked up rug. And perfect delivery by them!! And wonderful job of cleaning our favorite rug!!!!
We’ve owned these rugs for about 25 years and this is the best job ever!
