I've been using Atlas for over 20 years now, and they have been consistently excellent. I installed air conditioning and a filter for window smoke in my 100 year old house. They did it no problem and went above and beyond expectations. The technicians have always been knowledgeable and professional and have never left a mess for me to clean up. A++
Very professional, prompt, and quick service to our air conditioner.
Ian is areal pro and understands HVAC systems especially old Atlas ones
The tech Ian was great. Explained everything in detail of causes and solution for my AC unit not cooling as it is supposed to. I highly recommend this company.
Atlas did a great job at a fair price. When I asked other companies about the few particulars I knew about (like ducting material), others were planning on using really cheap, poor quality materials that they weren't mentioning up front. You'll have your heater/AC for a long time-go with quality workmanship and materials.
Pleasant all around service.
Extremely professional planning and installation. Totally worth the investment and glad we chose Atlas. They have been around the longest and their expertise is top notch. We now also have them check our system and clean the filters annually.
The Tech was on time, very professional and friendly. He explained every step he was taking to assess the problem and then every step and parts needed to repair. Our AC did need a capacitor and another part, both of which the tech had on his truck. He was there and done in under 2 hours. Very reasonable price,…
Very experienced and professional
I have used Atlas Heating and Air Conditioning to install my wireless thermostat, do minor repairs on my HVAC system; but they really came through when I had to replace my blower motor. they cleaned up after themselves. The staff is always friendly, professional and on time.
Atlas was great. Responsive when I called, came on time and educated me about the hvac system and how we should maintain it. Fixed all of our existing issues and left everything clean
Great customer service. Always prompt and efficient. Everything was done with pride of service. Will always use Atlas for my heating and AC repair needs.
Professional and responsive.
This recent visit was to repair my AC during the heat wave. It is a 12 year old unit which they initially sold us and installed. I realized it was blowing warm air. They were fast, fair, honest and efficient. We needed a new capacitor which I could see was shot and bulging. He also added Coolant and it is running cooler with less strain on the motor.
My AC was not working during the heatwave. They came out right away and got me up and running. Professional, honest and even though I think some of the charges were higher than necessary I won't complain bc the quality of service and honesty was there.
Chasing electrical/electronic GREMLINS is some kind of punishment from ZEUS! 🤪 It is something I’m Very familiar with, and it can go on for what seems an eternal Marathon.... The Atlas crew has been our providers of HVAC installs and phenomenal service for...50 YEARS! Personally dealing with true Professionals…
