I would not use anyone else!! They are by far the best hvac company I have ever experienced! Our service person couldn’t have been any better….. on a scale from 1-10 he was a 20
Very pleased with my annual HVAC service from Atlas. The technician was knowledgable about my system, made a few adjustments, and even some recommendations on how to make my system more efficient. I will definitely use Atlas again.
I've been using Atlas for over 20 years now, and they have been consistently excellent. I installed air conditioning and a filter for window smoke in my 100 year old house. They did it no problem and went above and beyond expectations. The technicians have always been knowledgeable and professional and have never left a mess for me to clean up. A++
The tech at Atlas was efficient, quick and he treated our place well. Have been using Atlas for years and will continue to do so.
We have an annual prepayed contract with Atlas and appreciate the thorough and careful system maintenance.
The tech was right on time, performed system maintenance and answered all my questions. He was professional and efficient. I trust Atlas to perform my heater maintenance every few years and they are always great!
I have worked with Atlas for over 30 years. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and careful with your home. And they are good people; exactly what you need from your service contractor.
The technician was extremely thorough, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I was impressed with the fact that this company has been family owned for over 100 years.
I’ve been a customer with Atlas for many years and trust their services. I was having problems with my new air-conditioning system and they came out and solve the problem.
Service was prompt, excellent and friendly.
Very courteous and efficient worker. Came on time.
They were able to fix what another company couldn’t. I should have made them my first call
Great service appointment with a thorough inspection of our system and replacement of our accordion filter. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.
Excellent knowledgeable service
Atlas installed the original furnace in 2007 and the prior owner had been happy with their continuing service. Since purchasing the house earlier this year, the Atlas team has been quite responsive to my questions. Their first visit, which turned into a "never mind" kind of situation, yielded a real issue with a…
Did an excellent job & some good tips to maintain heater before next check up by Atlas. Craig Harris
I have used Atlas for over 30 years and have consistently received first class service from friendly professionals.
Atlas was great! Our furnace (which they installed 16 years ago) failed to come on this fall when it got cold. They sent out a technician the same week, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. Erik communicated the issue and expected cost clearly. The Monday after a new condensation pump arrived (on Friday), the…
Service rep was prompt, polite, efficient and did required work, including subsequent call to replace part, and explained all.
I had to engage in a remote consultation with the technician regarding my rental property. He arrived punctually and diligently completed the annual tune-up on time. His commitment to avoiding unnecessary work is highly valued by me, as he possesses a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems. When I inquired…
communicative, timely, fair, courteous, my bay area go-to.
The technician arrived as scheduled and performed the necessary maintenance efficiently. He explained everything clearly and was knowledgeable about the entire heating and cooling system.
Ian came out and attached a wire when another company put the day before wanted to replace my 92 yr old moms 2 furnaces and air conditioners for $34,000! Ian attached a wire and got her furnace going. Thrilled.
Totally satisfied with my furnace inspection. The technician (sadly whose name I don’t recall) was timely thorough and personable. He assured me the furnace was in great condition and filter was clean. I asked him a question about a fan and he said there was nothing wrong with the fan. It was clean and working. I…
Pleasant all around service.
It was a good fix, and the process was superb
When our heater went out, we contacted Atlas. They were quicker to respond, and they didn't break the bank like the estimates we got from other companies. We ended up going through a friends company due to the deal we got, but I already had it in my head to proceed with them. You can't go wrong choosing this company.
This company was highly recommended to us from people have used them for years. We had Chris today for service, he was a wonderful, clean, polite guy and did great work! Glad we found the small problem we did before our heater burned out. Also, took time to teach me about some maintenance I should do myself!
satisfied with the work, price was fair. serviceman arrived promptly and texted exact time of arrival.
Very experienced and professional
Atlas was great. Responsive when I called, came on time and educated me about the hvac system and how we should maintain it. Fixed all of our existing issues and left everything clean
Altas has been our go-to for furnace maintenance for over a decade. They are reasonably priced, very responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
I had a basic HVAC inspection done. The tech wanted to replace my furnace fan run capacitor for $275! This is readily available $10 part. Tech acted like he didn't know this but everyone in the industry knows this. Pretty much a scam. Additionally, he never actually tested the coolent on the AC (never got out…
My AC was not working during the heatwave. They came out right away and got me up and running. Professional, honest and even though I think some of the charges were higher than necessary I won't complain bc the quality of service and honesty was there.
